Great staff! Excellent service! Miles better than other places I've been in nanaimo....the difference is night and day. They were very patient with me pulling in and being too far to the right, they offered a free car wash on that particular day, and they informed me of a few minor leaks, showed me my air filter to replace it myself and topped up my coolant after I'd paid.

I was reading the reviews given by other customers just to understand whether my experience matches with other or not. I get oil change almost every 3 to 4 weeks. I found all the staff members ok there but one whose face expression is always like he is angry. I don't know whether that's the way how he keeps himself all the time or just behave like this with certain set of people, may be on the basis of how they look like. This is just my assumption, I may be wrong too. But I have always found this guy like this which I don't like as a customer.

Went there today, September 16, 2021, for an oil change. Excellent service. No pressure to purchase other services. The lady in charge was very professional and the staff was very friendly. I really liked how they called out the torque spec when tightening the drain plug and filter. I will return and hope they will keep up with the great service.

There is a car wash on site. The owner treated me to a free car wash when I showed up today to explain that there may have been a problem with the protectant coat on my last visit. Even though we weren't sure, he took the high road and just gave me a free wash. I'll be back.

I went for a car wash but then had to go to a gas station to get the bugs off the windshield. The pressure is so low there. I used the pre soak cycle. I tried to let everything soak as long as possible but this car wash is just a total waste. $14 wasted.

I had my oil change done in April. It was more expensive than under previous owners but service was good. Today at the end of May I noticed my skid plate was hanging. I went back for their opinion. The young man that served me was very helpful and fixed my problem quickly. The owner gave me some sass and tried deflecting blame (I have definitely not touched the skid plate or driven erratically since the service). This would have been 4 or 5 star review were it not for the unnecessary input by the owner

My friend was having problems with his engine oil which was leaking. Last month he chanhed his radiator from Mitsubishi so we went there and they told us that they did not open the engine oil change cap and asked my friend if he did from somewhere else. Then I remembered and we went to Mobil 1 Lube and turns out that when they changed his engine oil the cap was not properly fitted back. But they were really nice about it and and fixed the problem almost instantly and filled the engine oil without any charge.

Came here today, they didn't try to up sell me. I explained my car burn oil and they made recommendations. Super nice group of guys. Think I'll make this my new stop for oil changes for both vehicles. User to go to midas...but last couple experiences were not great.

Got an oil change done with coupon at the shop, they were quick and pleasant. Came back weeks later asking if they could put a cabin air filter, headlight, and windshield wipers on for me as I was in a rush that day. Staff and service were good... They had the poor kids that work there out back moving drums of oil that weigh 500+ pounds by hand, it's kinda hard to support a business that shows that sort of disregard for employee safety. With the price their charging for an oil change I'm sure they could find a couple hundred bucks for a drum dolly.

Awesome place to get oil change & basic maintenance done for your vehicle. All of the people working were extremely friendly, and personable. It has just gone under new ownership, and the new owner is there saying hi and introducing herself, and her son to customers, she was nice, and seems quite excited to have taken the business over ???? All in all I very much enjoyed my experience there, it was very fast, and he checked everything and didnt try to upsell me on extra little things that I really dont need which is a nice change! Excellent service, and I will definitely be a return customer in the future!

Great place for an oil change but they need to get their car wash bays under control. I come there often and there’s always people getting frustrated with each other over the car wash. Not anyone’s fault really but maybe they should have someone managing the cars from the entrance if it’s that busy to avoid unnecessary conflict.
