Hired Emerald for post renovation cleaning and the crew was excellent. We have several animals and are sensitive to smells so it was great they used products that didn't smell like chemicals but left our house smelling clean and fresh.

Unfortunately this was a horrible experience. When they arrived they told me that they might not be able to finish the whole condo in 4 hours - this was disappointing as the condo was completely empty ready for movers to move in and all we required was a move out clean for less then 1000sqft. When I retuned to see the completed condo the upstairs had not even been touched...the bathrooms were not done ( they said they use toilet paper to clean the toilet and the roll ran out- not to mention our toilet paper left in the bathroom on the roll - like you don't even bring your own cleaning supplies/paper towel to clean?) Then I proceeded to look around and the house was actually in a worse state then when I left it. They cracked my counter top, broke the shelf in the fridge and put a huge scratch in my hard wood floor. I am the owner of this place and have always kept very good care of it....the worst experience ever. After wasting that time waiting for them to clean then being over charged not to mention they only accept cash I had to clean the house. Do not use this service - very unprofessional - horrible job and just really disappointed. I feel like I've been scammed by them.

I hired them to do a deep clean and they were able to remove tough stains on the walls and doors of my rental suite. I hired this cleaning company and I had specific requests and there were certain things that they had to do. I have mental health issues and they did it specifically the way I instructed without causing me any emotional distress. They complied with my wishes and made the place very nice. They helped me organize a few things. I have been told I was a hoarder, but this didn't bother them and they treated me with kindness and respect. I was able to face my disability with integrity and not feel intimidated. They made me feel safe and at ease during a process which in the past has caused me much emotional distress. They were very professional and I highly recommend them.
