Unfortunately, my area rugs were returned damp. They steamed up the bags they were in when they got warm in the back of my vehicle. They also didn't appear much cleaner or brighter than when I dropped them off. I paid extra to have one deodorized and it came back smelling worse than when I dropped it off. Worst $150 I've spent in a while. I'll be taking my business elsewhere in future :(

Very professional, I had the air ducts cleaned and was surprised by how much cleaner the air in the house is. I have an older house with a very low crawlspace that is not easy to move around in. They did a very thorough cleaning of all the air ducts in my house as well as the dryer vent in my suite (which unbeknownst to me had been disconnected by the previous tenant as it was totally blocked by cat hair etc. ) and the carpeting on the stairs. I highly recommend this company as they take pride in their work and workmanship.

Due to some lapses in memory I called to see if I could get my carpet cleaned later that same day because it had too be done by that evening. They said they'd do whatever they could to fit me in and sure enough I got a call back that they would find a way to make time for me later that day.
