It was my first time at a laundromat and the staff were extremely helpful and patient. I was not made to feel uncomfortable at all even though I wasn’t sure how the machines worked at first. They noticed I was struggling, came over and told me how they work! I will definitely be coming back!

They keep their laundromat clean and tidy. They are very kind and don't judge if you have a different opinion, like what laundry detergent you use, even if they use something different. It's a breathe of fresh air amongst all of the negativity, hate and division in the world. Thank you for the love and kindness!

Clean and fast machines, friendly owners and a perfect location to go for a walk in the park or get groceries while you wait. You can purchase the quarters you need from the owners.

I have used this laundromat several times over the last couple years. I liked that it was friendly clean and spacious. The machines are good and there's enough to accommodate busy days. My opinion of this laundromat changed during my recent visit there. We are still in a time where masks are required indoors. The laundromat has a sign that says masks must be worn indoors yet one of the owners and several men in the facility were not wearing them. These men (including the owner) were discussing the public health measures loudly and complain about government involvement. They were speaking about their rights and how they'd prefer to live in US states which now have no regulations. This was very unprofessional for the owner to be publicly involved in this discussion. I won't be returning, at least until public health restrictions have been lifted.

very dissappointed. my clothes are ruined. UPDATE: As I have now written this review over a month ago I would like to add that two of my shirts have been fixed - however my review remains just as unsatisfied. My pants are still ruined and despite the fact that I was promised a new pair, I sent Vicky a link for the pants three weeks ago and still no response. I was asked to change my review FIRST without having the issue be solved. Very unimpressed.

I’ve had exceptional service at Crystal Clean for many years. The Owners run the laundromat and they are awesome to deal with! I drop off my laundry and pick it up when it’s done and it’s so easy and reasonably priced I don’t know why anyone would do their own laundry. Besides, they do a way better job than I do I and my clothes are always perfectly clean and folded. The laundromat is very clean and there’s a nice area with a big screen so you can be very comfortable if you choose to stay and do your own laundry. If you haven’t tried this place you’re missing out on a great locally owned business and staff who take pride in their work!!!

Reed and Vicky are one of the nicest owners one could meet. it comes to customer service they go beyond to please. Being new to Nanaimo Vicky told me all kinds of places to visit and see while my laundry was going. Reed would pass the time talking about "guy" conversations about politics, etc. No matter how busy they were they took time to always be personable. I went to another laundromat a couple other times due to fact it was closer to where I was staying and got a very cold customer experience and said never again and went back to Crystal Clean. The price was also better than the competition and it was much cleaner with decent machines.
