Classic Care carpet cleaning person was on time, courteous and COVID responsible. Our carpet is light beige and was in desperate need for cleaning. The living room looked positively wonderful. The entrance paths into our bedroom and spare room were not as clean as expected. There were a few spots that were not removed completely. Other than that we thought it was a decent job.

I had Classic Care clean my living room furniture and a large area rug a few years ago and was extremely pleased with the results. I had never thought of having a mattress steam cleaned but I was given a used Queen mattress set that had been in storage for a long time and had them come in and clean it for me. Awesome service from the initial phone call to job completion. My carpets had so many stains on them that I was not expecting them to actually get them out, I just wanted them to be freshened up. To my total surprise and pleasure, they got almost every single stain out. And the serviceman was really nice too.

I can say that I will never do it again. Classic took an hour and did a way better job for not much more money!

Aidan came to our home for the first time and did a most remarkable cleaning considering we have light colored carpets that hadn't been cleaned in at least 9 months, and 3 dogs who tend to track in as much dirt as my husband & I who also have horses, gardens & grounds from which we seem to acquire an inordinate amount of earth! This year we had our wall to wall carpeting done & 2 Lazyboy chairs. We also had our main entrance & living room wool carpets done at their shop. We were advised the white living room carpet needed its binding glued in places and they did this for us. The carpets & chairs look like new. February 25, 2020 We just had Classic Care out to clean our 12 year old La-Z-Boy Sofa, Love Seat and Ottoman. They are white microfiber and we clean them every three or four years. We have had a different Employee each time and each time when they left we had new furniture. Every Employee was prompt, courteous and well trained, a real professional. We are so happy with their service and more than just recommend them, we insist you call them. Sorry don’t recall individual names but thats not a problem, we love them all. ????????

We just had our carpets cleaned today, as well as the tile in our kitchen and front hallway. I felt compelled to write a review because the young man who did the work did such a great job on everything. I had been thinking I should replace the carpet in our bedroom and up the stairs and hallway but they look new again so we're good there. We had a kitchen reno a few years ago and I was talked into a light grout which looks great but the light grout stained in heavier traffic areas. The grout is light again everywhere and I'm very happy about that! We have also used Classic care over the years for a big wool and silk area rug that always comes back looking great. By the way, the carpet cleaned today is just about dry after a few short hours. I highly recommend this business.

I have used this Nanaimo company in past years but the service was even better this year. The technician arrived right on time and his service was thorough and professional. The carpet dried in record time, even though I could not open windows due to poor air quality from smoke. The carpet looks amazing and would definitely recommend this company.
