Machines are breaking all the time. Mold in the soap area on machines. Dryers take longer than they ever have before It has gone downhill since the change in management/ownership.

We had to make a laundromat run during a family visit...with no loonies or laundry soap in hand, and there was excellent support that addressed all of those shortcomings and a great cappuccino across the parking lot while we waited. The sort of friendly, simple and superb smalltown service you dream about!

We were camping in the area and needed to do a load of laundry - this Laundromat was super clean and the lady was helpful! We have only used one other laundromat before (Shell in Qualicum and it was terrible, we were nervous about ever using a laundromat again) would highly recommend Busy Bubble! They also have canned drinks available, landry detergent and dryer sheets available, cure little cozy spot with a cofee shop near by (closed due to covid at the moment)

Doesn't leave my loads with a weird smell so far. I usually do heavy loads. Lots of towels and sheets. I pay for 1 hour in the dryer to be completely dry and warm on arrival.

The overall place is nice and clean for a laundromat but it is definetly more expensive than others in the area; washers - single $3, double $4, triple $6. The dryers are $0.25 for 4 minutes which would be fine IF they got hot enough to dry towels. I could lean against the glass while it was drying and not get hot. I mentioned it to the attendent and she couldn't have cared less. I get that they're running a business but at least care enough to give decent customer service.

I use the wash,dry, fold service here for my linens and I love the owners. They always make me feel welcome. They are fast with my drop off service and everything is super clean and folded the same way every time. Some people have posted that they charge more than anywhere else -- well ya the rent costs more in the north end, it's all relative. I travel here because this laundromat is clean and they do an amazing job. I would give 100 stars if I could!!!

I just got my clothes from laundry drop off service,after I back home and open the bag I saw my white sweater is not white at all,i can imagine they put my white sweater together with dark jeans wash together,I can never wear that sweater anymore ,also my good quality soft towels all are so dry and hard after they washed.but i am very angry with what they did to my sweater because they have chance to fix it but they even didn’t tell me and say sorry.bad laundry job also not honest.I will never go to this shop again.

Myself and another man spent double the money as another laundromat and our clothes did not dry. The dryers were not hot as other places when we reported this to the attendant no compensation was offered. Found it to be cluttered, a few machines broken and overall not a good laundromat. Will not go back
