Absolutely Brilliant is by far the best and most thorough carpet cleaning I have ever experienced! They take pride in their work and get down and work on the tough spots. I also had them pressure wash my front pathway and it is like new! Hardworking and reliable company that gets the tough jobs looking like new! Thank you AB! I called Andrew from Absolutely Brilliant to clean my carpets and my furnace ducts. He was on time, very efficient and polite. His prices are very good. He was able to get yellow dog urine stains from my wool carpet where no other carpet cleaner could do. I didn't even have to point them out. I will certainly recommend him to family and friends.

Terrible service! First time he never showed up. Second when he did he " forgot" to pull the couch from the wall to clean the back of it. An 8 foot couch!! When I called him he Said he'd be back later in the week!!! He sprayed cleaner all over the freshly painted walls without wiping it off! Then had the nerve to ask me to recommend him to my friend!! $105.00!! The cleaner they use smells awfull!! Go elsewhere!

The end result is I think my carpets are cleaner than before. I purchased a package for this company because I wanted to try the RotoVac system their website promotes. When Andy arrived, which was 30 minutes late, he brought in a regular wand. When I asked why he wasn’t using the other system he said it was due to the high pile on my carpets, which I found odd as he made the judgement on which tools to bring in before seeing my carpets. One of the pumps was broken on the truck so he had to connect a hose to my kitchen taps, run it through my condo, and out to the truck and then run the cleaning equipment back the same way. He managed to “clean” my hallway and foyer without turning the water on. The hose from my kitchen taps scuffed up my dining room wall and my faucet received deep scratches on it from where Andy used the vice grips on it. The wand was so encrusted with dirt and hair from the other jobs! I think in spots the gunk on the wand was a solid 1/2” thick. My carpets smelled terribly after the cleaning and took a solid week to air out. I also had to provide tinfoil for him to place under my furniture as he did not bring the proper moisture barrier pads. The one positive thing I can say is that one of the two rust spots came up nicely, although not completely gone.
