Terrible service! Put money in the change machine which got stuck, politely asked for help to which I was told nothing could be done and they would keep my money!! Complete jerks. And the machines are extremely dirty and running poorly.

FOR LAUNDRY: 25% of machines are out of service. The others are old and worn. Owner stared me down as I entered parking lot. I drive a newer Audi and am in my 50s. No cause for concern but stare me down he did. Single bathroom has no TP. Place is cramped, rundown, and tired.

I’ve lived in Moose Jaw for four years and for some reason ive always over passed this place. I am lactose intolerant and was told they had a dairy free option I was so happy as Moose Jaw does not offer many. The service was amazing and the ice cream was delicious. I’ll be coming her more often and would recommend to anyone. I’d love afew more dairy free flavours but I’m super happy with what they have for now!

Quaint family owned/operated ice cream and convenience shop located in a quiet neighborhood. Drove in from Regina to waste some time and found this in a google search. Will definitely go back again. They had a good selection of hard ice cream, milkshakes, and frozen cheesecake-on-sticks. Yummers!

Poor service, used the laundromat, first the coin machine shorts me $8, talk to guy at the counter and he calls manager who starts to argue it's not possible but finally for my $$. Then it does it again when breaking down further to quarters. One washer does not do final spin so sitting there trying to squish the water out Drivers are hit and miss and completely different temps from each other's, stay away from #5&6 they eat your $$ and are not marked out of order, and ones that were started after the first one ended before with same time paid for..... Washroom was filthy, no TP or hand towels or soap. Whole place is dirty and run down, lights flickering. Appears to have changed ownership from a few years back when I was last there , and it definitely shows there is no care around maintenance or making sure equipment is maintained.

Great spot for a cold refreshing treat or to pick up a few small food items. You can also wash your car or do laundry. There is a change machine in the laundry area and often the shop has no change so use it. Many great flavors of ice cream. You can get a milkshake while you was the truck off.

Worst experience with the Laundary. There are only few washing machine and dryers working. And others its written " Not Working ". If you avoid the " Not Working " ones and insert the coins in the so called working ones, sometimes you just loose the coins. Some it works but the dryer doesn't dries the cloth. Its such a waste of time and money here. When you insert loony the coin machine to get change. It just get stucks and no one is there even to ask to...

Landry mat is disgusting. I'm not even going to stay to dry my stuff. Machines are really dirty. And the washroom is even worse. 2.75 to wash and25 cents per 5 minutes to dry.......

Problem with starting a washer (4:00 machine) went to tell the manager. Rudest man. Blamed me. Comments. Well YOU did something wrong. I put $5:00 in Well YOU didn't shut the door right. Look.. YOU only put $2.00 in No I put $5.00 in. ( he checks, quarters ard stuck in the loonie slots.) YOU jammed it he said. I didn't I only put Loonies in (He) you don't got to get all excited! No machines that work dryers do not get hot they do not sanitize anything as there was mud all over a dryer machines sitting half full of water no contact info waste of money and time do not recommend one bit.

I've been here twice...wont be back. Dryers are different heat and eat your money. Washers are small capacity to begin with then say to only fill 2/3. One didnt spin the water out of clothes. Manager did pay for it to go through another cycle but then ended up waiting for it to finish. Came home with a wet load, half dry clothes and detergent spots all over my sheets. The place is extremely cramped. The light goes on and off by itself.

I have tried a few times but nothing has changed. Many broken machines, 3 yesterday had water sitting in them. Most of the others had lumps of crud sitting on the bottom. I walked out and not coming back.

Have signs outside for deals/sales on energy drinks but when you check out they try charging you more. When i questioned why, the cashier said price inside is real price, price outside fake. Wont be going back.

Many machines have broken down. Any time I’ve had issues though they’ve refunded my money. They need to invest in new machines!
