Very friendly, & when I pulled up he just started a smoke break but before I could get out of my car he was already inside waiting for me. I went in to get a element for my stove ( I didn't even know if it was the element or not ) he immediately inspected it and tested it too make sure i actually needed one , which mine was still good. He gave me great advise and shared some knowlage and pointed me in the right direction. 100% trustable and they know there stuff. I will be going back everytime I need something for my appliance. Great people!

Super friendly and knowledgeable service. We bought a new washer and dryer combo here. The gentlemen that helped us was super friendly, very honest and knew his stuff. The place is nice and open and carries enough to satisfy customer's needs without overwhelming them with 100 similar looking but slightly different appliance. They delivered and installed our new appliances the very next day for a very reasonable cost and even took away our old and defective ones. We are definitely going to buy or next appliances here.

I went to just about every appliance store in and surrounding Moncton. The location it was at didn't sit well with me but I decided what the heck. When I walked in I was greeted with a wonderful older man, he wasn't pushy at all. We walked around for a bit and couldn't understand why the prices were lower than the other big stores. We called the man over and asked if they were rebuilt. Nope, he said, they sell volume so they can lower prices. This was like a big box store but with "mom and pop" attitude. After about 30 minutes we our whole 4 bedroom house. These people take a lot of pride with what they do.

Amazing service, free next day delivery, and quick installation! Went in and bought a refurbished washer & dryer for a fantastic price. The salesmen couldn't have been better! He was informative, honest, and not pushy at all. They scheduled me for the next day delivery (while big chain stores were about 2-3 months delivery), and came in the morning and installed it within 10 minutes. The men installing the machines were very friendly and informative on how to set up the machine and how to avoid any potential issues with the hook ups. Overall 10/10 experience! Will definitely be going back in the future for appliance needs.

I've gone in a few times for replacement parts over the years for my washer and dryer. The parts counter staff is always eager to help. They tested the part I brought with me, advised me how to troubleshoot my problem and sold me the correct part I needed for my 25 year old dryer. The price of the replacement part was less than I expected. The staff was super helpful, they had the part I needed in stock. Overall, an excellent experience. 10/10, would recommend.

I have to share my story about how alpha's appliance solutions came through for me once again! I have bought all of my appliances here over the past five or six years....recently our five to six year old oven bought there fried it's control panel. I was very unhappy as I was expecting more years of service from it...we went to see them and the salesman explained why they carry only the brands they do in the store...they only sell the ones they have evaluated to be the best quality, that they can obtain parts for and fix if something goes wrong. We looked at a new oven exactly the same as the one we have, but we elected to order the part and get ours fixed...this is actually an option when you go to Alpha's....Try getting the oven you bought at home depot or best buy fixed by the store you bought it from....good luck. You can't even get parts for most junk that the other stores sell even if you know the best repair man in town!! ALPHAS would rather have a customer get their oven fixed for only a few hundred bucks and come back and buy all their appliances there over the years then sell you a new one which you would not feel was value for money. I would never hesitate to buy here...I don't care what kind of fly by night sale is going on elsewhere.....i want something that's going to last! Thanks Alpha!!!

Great service there yesterday by both the sales department as well as the service department. I took my mother in law there with intentions to buy a new Jennair cooktop. We left with replacement parts that we did not think you could get anymore. How honorable to be so honest with a client that you give up a sure sale for selling parts. That screams customer service to me. If the parts do not fix the problem, they told us about an upcoming sale on said cooktop mid May, which means we would still be in money!! If the parts DO fix the issue, it costs $54 instead of closer to $2800. We will highly recommend this place!!

The saleman was great. The service we received after the order was placed was not. Expected delivery date has been pushed back 3 times. Not once were we called and informed the dates were pushed back. We understand they are at the mercy of the manufacturer but to not notify the customer of the delay is very frustrating.

I found them by chance after a national brand store failed miserably to deliver (was reimbursed) and the best thing was that Alpha Appliance, a local store, was cheaper because it included everything (transport/installation/pickup). The broil element was always on in our seven year old Maytag range which we had purchased from Alpha. We were told it was likely an issue with the circuit board which would cost almost $600 to replace. We went to the store today and dealt with Jonathon. Very knowledgeable and helpful for a new stove. But even better, he said they might be able to repair the circuit board vs. replace. We removed the board, brought it back, Jonathon replaced the broil relay $90. And if it didn’t work they would credit that to a new range. Home we went, reinstalled the circuit board and VOILA!!! Our range works again! Great service! We know where our next appliance will be purchased. Thanks you Alpha and Jonathon. (Honourable mention to Gilles for his thoughtfulness)

We have dealt with both the sales and repair departments and can’t recommend them highly enough. The repair department is easy to contact, offers good and honest advice and makes a real effort to get someone to the house quickly. The repairmen are quick and friendly and very good at their job. The advice is always unbiased and very helpful for future buying decisions. And the repair visit fees have always been reasonable and fair. The sales side is simiilar: honest and no pressure whatsoever. The showroom is large and very impressive. Their prices are comparable or better than their competitors, and, unlike all the other stores, they offer free delivery and old appliance removal! And delivery is quick — and they try to work with your schedule, as compared to other places that inform you when they’ll be dropping it off...
