This is by far the best alteration/cleaners place I've seen in Mississauga, I've personally tried a few places but none compare to this place! The level of professionalism and respect they show you in the store is highly appreciated and they truely deserve 10 stars if that was an option. I brought my dress in with very short notice - a few days before new year's Eve - and I needed it for new year's Eve. They were very accommodating and when I needed to communicate with them, they went out of their way to hear back from me even after store hours. The work was perfect and I'm very happy, they'll definitely be seeing me again, and I highly recommend them to anyone with a heart beat.

The tailor is not professional I gave him my pant to tighten it and gave an old pant to do it exactly the same he ruin it and when I returned back to him he didn’t admit about his fault and start yelling at me because I told him who is going to compensate me about my new pant even he didn’t willing to pay me the charge for his fault..

Ok, i decided to give this cleaners a second chance since the reviews were ok! Boy was i wrong. They ruined my blazer and some of my blouses. When i advised them, they brushed me off saying they did nothing wrong. The owner man is quite rude and needs to calm down.. he's not a happy person and it shows.

If I could post 0 stars, I would. They damaged my Canada Goose jacket and the only explanation given to me was, “you signed a waiver saying we are not liable to any damages”. I also waited 4 months for this jacket as a result of the pandemic. No discount was offered, no apology. Worst service ever.

Will never return! After being extremely loyal to this cleaners for many years and referring many customers, I recently received the WORST customer service. After making a special trip to pick up an article of clothing that was altered, I was informed that they didn't have time to complete it as they were so busy. This normally would have been fine, except I had already waited over a week and gave them an extra 24 hours after the deadline that they had set. When asked if there was anything they could do for me, they told me "this isn't Pizza Pizza, 40 mins or it's free". However, 40 minutes late and 24 hours late isn't exactly equivalent. Needless to say, they lost a whole family's worth of business and I will be sure to spread the word to all of the other families I have referred.
