Dropped items for alteration on a Saturday. Was told it will take 1 full week to hem pant legs. Fine. Tried to call multiple times to confirm its ready for pick up. No answer during business hours. Tried to go pick up twice now during posted business hours and the store is closed. So how are we suppose to come pick our item up if a) you close randomly during business hours and b) you never pick up your phone??? We just want our pants back.. Don't waste you money and time here.

Terrible place since owner changed. Alteration done unprofessionally. Dress length after shortening is not the same all around. Lining longer than top layer. Part of the work not done. Do not recommend at all.
