Spot free cleaners is the best place to go for dry cleaning in the GTA for sure. I love the new management. They are super friendly and their customer service is TOP NOTCH. I would highly recommend them to anyone. 10 STAR :)

Its cheater its says 1.99 but charge 2.29 plus tax when I said she new owner we have this price but web side says 1.99 .... if you need gidd service I go Matheson and Mavis 1.99 and nice behavior This is cheater people it's not matter few dollars it's all about lies and cheat... Be careful so make sure you knew they charge you over don't get surprise like me and its says new owner but same behavior so try to understand.....

This was the worst experience ever. I was priced out one price at the time of dropping my clothes to be dry cleaned . And when I went to pick up my dry cleaning a new receipt was attached to my clothes and the owner was very rude and expected me to pay a higher price that was attached when I was quoted at a lower price. She then goes to say that I was mis quoted and now I have to pay this new price. Just a shady business and worst experience ever !

I would highly recommend SPOT FREE CLEANERS in Mississauga. It is under new management and let me tell you how much better it is now. The customer service is REMARKABLE. The best Dry cleaners in the GTA. 5 STAR all the way.

I am a regular customer and have always received exceptional and friendly service. I was waiting in line as @justinbudhai (post below) was rudely accusing the owner and acting quite upsetly as she tried to explain and solve the issue. The owner was very patient and politely asked him to leave.

Rude and racist. If you are of an ethnic background which doesn't vibe with the staff, they will charge you double the rate and claim your (my item was a plain white Jones NY button down shirt) clothing to be "ethnic" or "Indian" in my case, mind you I am not Indian... The staff also stated if your clothing is XL or larger, they will double charge, I am medium and I found that statement a classic example of discrimination. Ever since the new owner took over, it has been a hit or miss with this location. Discolouring buttons on dry cleaning jobs, racist staff who say that the owner makes them charge double the rate for "coloured folk" which is absolutely absurd because the staff are new immigrants from Vietnam if I am not mistaken. There are many Vietnamese store owners in that area, from my experience they are a wonderful, polite, hardworking and respectful people. This behavior goes against what it means to be Canadian or even having the privilege to live in Canada. I honestly suggest for the owner/staff to learn about the country before moving in because your racist and narrow minded ideologies dont jive here. We have laws and we are a proud peaceful country of immigrants and indigenous people. Amazing dry cleaners are a dime a dozen in Mississauga so I kindly request for you to consider finding an alternative until another new management takes over this location. Lets work together and stop people like this from polluting our communities. Thank you.

Bad cleaners They ruined my parents coats. They ruined two coats. I don’t know what they did to them but one shrank and the other was given back with the liner unattached. My parents old and simple folks. They were forced to pay for cleaning on top. Shameful

Worst cleaning service in Mississauga. I gave my winter jacket for dry cleaning a month ago. I went to pick up the delivery and found that the zipper was broken and the pockets were ripped off. I showed the same to the lady (van)at the counter and she said it’s not done by them she needs to chk with the cleaner. I left my jacket along with the belt at the store. The lady at the counter told me she will give me a call. I never received any call so I went to the store n the lady said the cleaner will fix everything and said will take another week I went again and the jacket was not there. During all these time I did not receive any call from the store. Since the weather was changing and I did not have any other jacket I called the store and the lady said she is nt sure when my jacket will be delivered she I stead told me if I want to take the matter to court, I told her I did not even mentioned anything abt the court I just need my jacket back. The lady was extremely rude so I hang up. After 2 hrs the lady called back n said my jacket will be available tomorrow. I went to the store the next day and there was no jacket on the other hand there was some other lady who was sitting at the counter and was extremely rude and she said she do not have my jacket. Upon asking who has it she said I don’t know. I came back as there was nothing else tht can be done as my jacket was still with spot free cleaners. The next day I called again and the First Lady who gave me suggestion to take the matter to court attended the call and told me the jacket will be available in the evening. I went back to the store in the evening and jacket was there it was only the zipper tht was fixed I did not say anything as I wanted my jacket. I told the lady Tht my belt is missing and she denied on my face and told me there was no belt. She asked me to sign the receipt I only sighed abt receiving the jacket and mentioned the belt us missing Upon insisting she said she will chk with the cleaner and will call but never called me back. Yesterday I called her to enquire abt my belt and she said they don’t have it and she is busy so can’t talk more. This is ridiculous and terrible service I have ever received. It’s in sane staff at spot cleaner Mississauga location is extremely rude and are least concerned about customer stuff. It made me feel that becoz the zip was broken and they were responsible for it they put some plastic zipper on it now and instead of charging me as I was no where at fault they kept my belt. I am not concerned if it was misplaced or they kept it but what I am concerned that such kind of service where they charge u for dry cleaning first then destroy ur clothes then don’t return the stuff on time and are rude and above all did not return the whole items. I would never recommend anyone to go to this place. Its terrible guys.

Covid-19 has not been fun, but the team at Spot Free Cleaners they have made my experience safe and they take all the safety measures required. They also have a very good staff and the overall experience for me was very positive. I would definitely come back here and recommend my friends. A++

Great Dry Cleaners. I wear dress shirts and dress pants for work almost everyday. They take of my items. Never had a problem. Friendly staff and they are very careful during these hard times during covid.
