I get my dry cleaning done here. I needed my suit cleaned on short notice for a work trip, and they were able to accommodate.. Very grateful for their help. They understand customer service and they run a very clean laundromat.

This place use to be great! New owners are disrespectful, and have no customer service. I will make sure to tell people to never go here! Don’t waste you time, find a different place to go. Machines are overpriced, 25 cents for 5 minutes to dry ???? ridiculous! Can’t believe (with the way the staff/owner is) this place is even opened still????

Love this place!!! As a customer of several years, this is my go-to place for all my wash and fold. Their wash and fold service is simply amazing! Really! Compared to other wash and fold places in the Mississauga area; definitely, this place offers the biggest bang for the buck! Without a doubt, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for wash and fold services. It’s clean and the best part; Ellis (the owner) is an incredibly hard working individual who actually cares about his business and truly has an incredible attention to detail! I've been going here since the past owners. I love this neighborhood laundromat. The new owner is beyond personable to the point that he remembers all his clients by name. Always there to assist when needed. All the services provided are truly done w care. What more can you ask for. The hours are perfect even throughout the pandemic he went above and beyond to provide extra sanitary measures to reassure us .

Just want to post a few of my experiences Absolutely great at first. Then the original owers sold the place. I wish they didn't Because the new owners are rude and have not one bit of customer service. The older man is rude and doesn't care for kids. Had the nerve to yell at my son and myself in front of.other customers when my son was mimicking the man cleaning ..then the younger lady decides to tell me garbage about how it's safree after my son attempted to go into he dryer I saw him.before he did it and.told him no .. The man wasnt satisfied and decided to.walk.over and get all up in my face about it. After I already verbally discipled my 2.YEAR OLD about. Let's just say their garbage attitude left a bad vibe on me and they do this to customers who have kids , they watch you like hawks. If you can't do laundry in peace then what's the point of going there. ANGER MOTHER

I came across this dry cleaner and I was interested in using them. They advertise their prices outside their store and I simply took a picture of them so I could refer to them later. A rude older man came out and began to argue with me over the photo I took of the prices which are displayed publicly. On top of that another woman came out and began to argue with over the photo. The woman that came out was A. Selinas who has reviewed this business and works there. If this business has an issue with a potential customer taking a photo of their publicly displayed pricing, imagine how their customer service would be if you were to work with them.

Sign says open until 11:30 and the door is locked up at 11:00pm with my clothes in a dryer... Called the number and the owner was very disrespectful and didn't seem to care that much clothes were in the dryer... Not impressed.

This is hands-down the best laundromat I have used, and because I #vanlife, I mean in North America. I drive 25 mins every week to use this one because it is perfect. Quiet, clean (including the bathroom), hot water, great dryers, and always machines available (although I go in the mid afternoon). The owner is friendly, but not buddy-buddy-in-your-face. Quiet little strip mall. If you're lucky, the donut place is open. Really quick, easy access off the QEW.

I just have to say that this laundromat is one, if not the best laundromat in Mississauga and its surroundings. This Location has top new machines for all users which is very convenient, has several small, medium, large machines and a Jumbo size. So I can use what I actually need. Dryers are the best, very spacious, ans also you can actually choose the time that you need, so I am not spending money on extra minutes that I do not need. New owners are very reliable, they are there on time and make sure that machines are cleaned after each wash while they are there, which is impressive, I am very happy to know that I will get a clean machine every time I get there. I have also used their dry cleaning, and wash and fold services, and they are very reliable with timing and service. I could go on and on, there is wifi, ample sitting area, and their folding areas are great, even if there is a lot of people I feel at ease. Thank you Scrubs.

Original owners were very nice people and always had good and friendly service. They sold the laundromat to the current owners. I have came here since it's opening. I had to stop because the owners are being rude to me. They advertise "free wifi" which doesnt work since the new owners bought the place. They are extremely cheap in a bad way. They would yell at you and argue with you just because you plugged in your phone charger into the wall. A week later the wall plugs are removed. They are so cheap that the will tell you to do a certain thing a different way not correct with the instructions for the machine to just not do maintenance on the machines every 6 months which they can pay for because how much money they make. And if you speak another language with someone that your going with to this place. DONT you'll be stared at and watched closely just because you're not speaking Spanish or English

I love this place! They're hours are flexible, the establishment is always clean and the dryers get nice and hot. Ellis is also amazing. He is very friendly and has great vibes. I've ditched my old laundromat (which was within walking distance from my home) for Scrubs and I don't regret it. The extra time I spend driving there is well worth it. Keep up the great work ????????????????

Since Covid-19, I've had to do my laundry away from home for safety reasons. I found this place almost by accident and I'm glad that I did. The facility is very well kept and clean. The machines are modern and always reliable. The owner, Eliis, is friendly and helpful. Please support this business! Top notch!

We were lucky to be given the gift of laundry service for a month after our new baby arrived. Ellis is extremely responsive, reliable, and friendly. The turnaround time from pickup to delivery is incredibly fast! And receiving our clean laundry perfectly folded feels so good! I highly recommmend Scrubs Laundry ????

Since COVID This Place has become my go to spot for power washing my clothes! Were I reside there are now restrictions on the laundry room. I wash & Dry all I need for under $20 in super sized machines, never had to run a cycle twice. Free wifi and comfy atmosphere large clean folding areas too! The owner is super helpful & patient. I noted they offer pickup, wash & fold.. I've not tried this service but I see it being very beneficial for those with busy or restricted lifestyles.

I accidentally put in more money in the dryer, but didn't know how to retrieve it. I texted the posted number on the wall and from there the person responding was absolutely condescending, and pretty much just made it seem like they didn't want to deal with it. Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Definitely will not be returning.

This is a super place to go do your laundry or have the owner do it for you. We now get wash and fold services which are impeccable. We recommend this service to anyone :) Great pricing friendly and honestly best laundromat we have used in Mississauga! We will continue to go here. When using the delivery service, we found that they are always on time, friendly and courteous. When we use the laundromat, it is always clean as well as the machines. They have a nice area to sit, relax and watch the daily news while waiting for your laundry to get done. We would recommend Scrubs Laundry to everyone looking for good service.

"Scrubs" is the best self laundry/dry cleaning place that we've ever used ....and we've lived 52 years in Mississauga !! I am beyond grateful to have this laundry mat so close to home. I am always met with a smile and a friendly hello when I walk in. The place is newly renovated, clean and spotless. The machines work well and I’ve never experienced issues with my clothing coming out dirty. There is an atm, change machine, washroom and TV. If you forgot your soap and detergent you can buy some there. I enjoy going on Wednesdays as the washers are a little cheaper that day. I have been to my share of laundry mats and this one is my favourite!

I was referred to this facility by a friend who also uses their wash and fold service. I was apprehensive as I have never used a public laundry facility before and not have I ever had a man do my laundry. I'm a woman. I must say that Ellis has made the experience seamless, comfortable and convenient while providing value for the consumer. He is quick, efficient and handles all of my clothing with great care. Not only has he accommodated my by compromising to a detergent that my skin is comfortable with but always welcomes me with a smile. To add, the Landry area is also very clean and well kept. I would be comfortable doing my own laundry there too! I highly recommend this place!!
