First off im not one to write reviews but i left very happy so decided this guy deserves it .Came in today for suit alternations for a suit that i purchased. The owner ( super nice and Super knowledgeable guy ) ended up saving me a ton of money by showing me how outdated and how terrible the fitment of the suit that i purchased was. I ended up buying one of his suits that fit me perfectly for a very reasonable price and learned that hes your go to guy for suits. Ive never had a more enjoyable experience at a tailor or dry cleaners before. He will be my tailor and dry cleaner from now on. Will be sending everyone i know his way. There really is a reason why he has a 4.9 google rating. Once again thank you and looking forward to picking up my suit and doing more business with you in the future .

Masood, has a very soft spoken temperament, we have been going to Masood for alterations of Suits, trousers for the last 10 years and he is a very professional tailor. Once he gets the measurements, he ensures that the fitting will be upto your liking and look good. He will not recommend doing something which will not benefit the client cost wise as well as clothes wise. He also sells suits sized to your fittings and measurement. He also runs a dry cleaning business on the premises.

I never leave reviews online, but I was so amazed by this dry cleaning place. This is my first time getting something dry cleaned and was so worried that my items would be ruined. I went and looked for the best reliable dry cleaning place and saw excellent reviews for this place. The owner is very professional and friendly. I brought in 3 coats: Mackage, Canada Goose and TNA full of fur to check for the prices of each. He pointed out all areas of improvement, stains and dirt for dry cleaning, as well as places he could repair. He was honest about the wear and tear and fading of my black TNA. He adjusts prices accordingly and gave me a great deal for these three winter jackets. Fair prices for the work being done here. He followed up with all the questions I had and assured me that my stuff will be taken care of greatly. I ended up bringing in two more spring jackets and when I picked everything up after a week, all of my jackets look brand new with no stains, lint, dirt etc. Highly recommended, trustworthy and eco-friendly!

I'm not sure what they did but they did not dry-clean my clothes. They must have tried to use heat or steam on the detailing of my faux-leather and this designer dress is unwearable. I wish they did nothing and returned this expensive item back so I could have done it myself. They did not have the basic courtesy to mention that something happened, or tell me there was an accident, which would have been fine. Another item was a fairly new camisole that I now see has the seam coming apart, whereas before I gave it to them I was sure it was in good condition. Just charged me it and hoped I wouldn't notice.Unfortunate to have had this experiences. I usually never give bad reviews but I'm hoping to help other people to avoid this place! I have no idea why there are so many 5-star reviews so maybe they were having a bad day, but 2 out of the 2 items I gave them are now either unwearable or need to be mended ; speaks for itself.

I wear suits daily for work in the financial district so have had experience at a number of alteration places (mostly in the downtown area). Thought I’d give a local place a try and I’m really happy I did! Masoud is truly in tune with modern suit styling and I found his suggestions spot on. Quality and service is top notch. Prices are fair, and turnaround was pretty good compared to the downtown places. I think what really stood out was the amount of time he spends with you to make sure he gets it right. You don’t get that downtown. Will be taking my suits here from now on.

I found this place by searching for places to get my Canada Goose jacket dry cleaned. I called to inquire about the prices for both the jacket and the fur and the owner was very amicable even though I called multiple times. Went in to hand in my jacket and he remembered me from when I called earlier that week. He checked over the jacket thoroughly to point out a few dirty spots he could clean, and was honest about what he could and could not do. Since my jacket is black, he explained that the white fading on the edges of the jacket could not be fixed because it was just fabric wear and not something that could be cleaned. He also examined the fur and pointed out a few areas where the fur was a little bit janky to let me know how the fur looked before he took it (I already knew the fur was a little weird in one spot because I didn't get to choose my own jacket carefully, haha). I got my jacket back on the exact time he told me in advance, and I got a phone call telling me that I could pick it up that day. Pick up was simple, the owner recognized who I was, and the jacket and fur look super clean. Overall great service and a wonderful job on the jacket. Prices were also fairly competitive (I called multiple dry cleaners around my area). Would definitely go again if I need my Canada Goose cleaned in the future!

I had originally googled a bunch of places to find a place that did dry cleaning for Canada goose jackets. I stumbled upon this place based on the amazing reviews. I initially called, and the owner seemed honest and answered all my questions, so I decided to try this place. Once I got there, the owner looked throughly at my jacket(5 years old) and provided me tons of feedback about the process and even showed me pics of at least a few jackets that looked similar to mine. The length of time to dry clean took about two weeks, and I was delighted with the results. The owner also fixed another jacket of mine that had a large and did an amazing job patching it up. MASOOD IS THE BEST!!! SERVICE, PRICES AND QUALITY IS TOP NOTCH in the Central Mississauga area. This review is long overdue to I apologize but I have been going to Masood for the past 2 years for all my dry cleaning needs since my wife and I moved to the Dixie and Dundas area. I'm sure like others, I am very picky when it comes to who handles my clothes (as I wear dress clothes Mon-Thurs every week and like to spend money on good quality clothing that will last). As such, I require a "professional" that will take care of my clothes as I would and treat it with the delicateness and care that it requires. This is what Masood does in a nutshell! I first used his establishment by looking at online reviews of dry cleaners in my area and decided to give his shop try based on all the 5 star reviews and experiences. Needless to say, I have not stopped going in the last two years and I do not need to look elsewhere for my dry cleaning needs. Like others have said, so many things differentiate this dry cleaner from others. The first is the pricing which is very competitive but upfront as well. Masood explained to me the difference between regular cleaning for your shirts and dry cleaning (from my past experience I assumed everything was considered dry cleaning). He lets me know when dry cleaning is needed vs. just a regular clean (dark colours) and I also have the options to choose which is great. The second thing is Masood's availability. Yes he works Mon-Sun which is great and not offered by a lot of dry cleaners but he is always readily available when you call and text (I probably overdo the texting) which is very important to a 9-5 millennial who is always on the go such as myself:) I might realize driving somewhere randomly that I want to pick up my clothes or do a quick drop off and if he's in the store he ALWAYS answers my text within 5 minutes. This is exceptional service and I am very grateful for this!!! The third and maybe most important thing is his quality of work. It's just top notch and over the past few years I've given him everything from Pants, shirts, duvets, suits to clean. I feel very confident giving Masood any type of article of clothing or household item to clean or repair because his work is very meticulous and he works very efficiently. He will honestly tell you upfront if something cannot be cleaned or if he has to confirm pricing which is much appreciated. I think I've covered all bases:) Like others have mentioned if you need an emergency repair of a button (like I did) or you need to pick up something urgently, Masood is always available. He's a very friendly and knowledgeable guy and I trust all his judgement. I will not hesitate to tell others to visit his shop if you are in the Central Mississauga area (or even coming from further away because trust me...he is worth it!). One thing you do not want to take chances with is your quality of care for your clothing so give Masood and Professional Dry Cleaners a chance and I promise they will not disappoint!! Absolutely phenomenal, first-rate service. Masood was extremely professional and it is evident immediately the expertise and passion he has for his craft. I took two suits for tailoring to Masood (including a $1200 Hugo Boss) and he went above and beyond in ensuring that the fit was absolutely perfect and to my liking. He took the time and effort to make sure the job was done right, and even worked his magic to undo the poor tailoring job that had been done previously by a different tailor in Toronto. My fiancé could not believe that these were the same suits, they fit me like a glove and look made-to-measure.
