Awesome service! Bring my cleaning all the time. Had a suit jacket come back with some discolouration to buttons. When brought to owner's attention, he replaced all buttons and cleaned like new! He also showed me the solution he put in place to prevent the problem In future! Terrific customer experience

A wonderful place due to the customer service the owner provides to each person. I have been picking up dry cleaning on my father's behalf however the owner knows my family name just based on memory. From my father, "They know what they are doing here. Go to them." Without hesitation, my father and I look forward to continuously come back to My Cleaners as we can rely on them for great service and customer experience.

I dropped off an item to be cleaned. They cleaned the stain however I found another stain in an area thay originally didn't have a stain. They removed that stain and when I came back for it. Again it had another stain. I called Friday at 6 pm to check to see if they've removed it and the lady I spoke to on the phone Friday evening was so rude. This will be the first and last time I come to this place. I saw all the positive reviews and disappointed to have been experienced anything but positive. ????

WARNING DONT TAKE YOUR DOWNFILL JACKETS TO THEM.. THEY CLAIMED THAT THEY DRY CLEAN CANADA GOOSE now my jacket has wrinkled and wet down feather clumps settling at the bottom of my jacket and also half of the fur on the hood is gone.. and last but not least of course most of the stains are STILL there.. PS they were also a week late

I am very fortunate to enjoy the finer things in life. I have ALL my high end Jackets, Suits, Sweaters and pants cleaned here. Staff are always polite and take care of my needs. Prices are really reasonable. I came to this place because of the reviews. I have seen a few negative reviews but can't understand why. If there is an issue, I suggest you talk to the owner Michael and I'm confident he will take care of it.

I have been going to my cleaners for almost a year now. Excellent service. Mike is fantastic guy so is his partner. Very humble and friendly. He is very accommodating. Sometimes I have been late in the evening to drop off my laundry which I needed to be ready for next day and the store was already closed but one phone call and Mike came after hours from his home to receive my clothes so that I can have that next day. Thank you Mike. I highly recommend their services. Do try them.
