The only place I ever go to for alterations! I've been to many other places that either don't do good work, or the stitching will come out super easily. This business is owned by the sweetest couple I've met. It saddens me that some people on here haven't had good experiences. From someone who is a REGULAR customer, I am always thrilled with their results. They made a $150 BeBe dress go from "meh" to a beautiful halter dress, and took in the waistline beautifully for a sweater of mine recently. Thank you Sami and Mona Lisa!!

I purchased my wedding dress from Sophies Gown Shop in Etobicoke and they 100% hacked up my dress- They cut the back uneven and the zipper would no longer close/they said they brought in the bust but it was still gaping). My mom brought me to Model Cleaners as she had her dress and my sisters dress altered here and the seamstress did a wonderful job on theirs. I dropped it off Wednesday and picked it up on Tuesday and she had completely saved my dress and at a much more affordable price than Sophies (who are the worst). Thank you so much for saving my wedding dress!

please save your money and dont get fooled.i gave comforter for dry cleaning to them .when they gave me back it was just wrapped in the plastic cover it was not clean .it was in the same condition they did not wash or clean it ..i payed 30 $ for nothing..they should not think that customer is fool.there is a huge difference between clean and uncleaned things..worst customer service ever..

Love the service. Mrs. And Mr. M are wonderful and always take great care of my designer clothing. I would not trust anyone else with winter coats, favorite dresses and one of a kind pieces. Recently, I had them fix my favorite dress. (refitted and have small repairs done to it). Looks and feels brand new. Thank you!!!!

I had a bad experience with this place. I gave them 2 pants for some change and I asked for price and they charged me $ 30 but when I came back to get my pants they wanted to charge me extra $ 30 . I told them that you should tell me from the beginning and I have the choice to go ahead with the service or not, they had very bad customer service. In addition to that they did not fix my pants as I asked them and show them to do it. I will not come back there and I do not recomend my friends or family to go there. it is a waste of money

Nice people, but felt like they could've put more effort into altering my garment. $20 for creating 2 small even pleats, but they weren't even sewn the same length because "it's covered anyway".

Wish I could give zero stars!! Took my pants in to get altered. Got home and they didn't finish the alterations, half of the stitching was coming out. I took it back, and the woman yelled at me. Said I did something to ruin them. I literally had them for about ten minutes. Worst place ever, bad quality of work and worse attitude from the seamstress. Obviously doesn't care about customers.

Nothing I liked at all u took one blanket to them it had a rip un one of the corners and needed to be cleaned. I paid 40 dollars 25 for the cleaning and 15 for the alteration and when I got home and opens the bag the corner was still ripped and the blanket was still dirty covered in hair. So really what was I charged for and now I have to take it back and they are closed on Sundays

I have come here 3 times now. They give you their professional opinion but will still do what you ask if you insist. I had an important event last weekend and they got my pants hemmed within 2 days of me dropping them off. They did a good job.
