The simple expectation of dry cleaning is not a priority at Meena Cleaners (they sometimes machine wash even after being instructed to dry clean).Your irreplaceable and expensive garments of clothing will be ruined in the process, and you will be expected to pay for it, instead of being compensated for their oversight.

CANADA GOOSE FUR TRIMMING DAMAGED AND CRAKED - DO NOT GO HERE! It was my first time to try this place as I have recently moved in the area. I had called around many places to inquire to ensure that they do drying cleaning on Canada Goose Jackets as I was pretty picky when it comes to my dry cleaning because of the fur trimming on my coat. The person that I spoke to assured me that they do. So, I chose this place because it was pretty close to me and around Heartland where I do most of my errands. They gave me 20% discount as a new customer but when I picked up my coat it was in a complete mess. The whole fur trimming was stiff and it was cracked leaving a hole in between where the fur was stitched together. Also, there were still stains on the jacket. I called several times to speak to the person in charge but they kept telling me to just drop off the item and he'll deal with it as he's only there in the morning. Finally, the owner (Sam) called me back and blamed me that the jacket is too old (only 3yrs old) and that there's nothing that he can do about it. I told him that the condition of the fur was not cracked nor it had holes in them. He advised me that I did not store the jacket in the right place and the reason for the stiff and cracked fur trimming was because it was wear and tear. Also, he pointed out that he "LOST" money because his staff member gave me a 20% discount. I told him that I don't care about the discount as I was willing to pay full price if they just did the job right. He told me that he would redo the jacket and try to remove the old stains, which should have been removed in the first place. He also asked if I had my old receipt for my jacket and I'm not quite sure as to whether he would call Canada Goose for the warranty. I'm beyond disappointed with their services and will never go back to this place. Please do not go here if you don't want your jackets to be ruined.

Meena Cleaners has been my go-to for all my dry cleaning needs for many years now. Their location on Britannia road provides on site cleaning services, very quick turn-around and reliable service, reasonably priced, and excellent customer service (very friendly staff). For emergency situations, they can provide same day/next day service (provided clothes are dropped off early of course). I'm a happy customer because my clothes are always ready on time (or ahead of time) and come out looking brand new/well cared.

Very BAD management and customer service. I gave an expensive silk Sari and blouse for dry cleaning to Meena Cleaners. The cleaners have damaged my Sari (the border colour has spread all over the Sari). Obviously they did not dry clean it, otherwise this wouldn't have happened, as I have previously given the same Sari and blouse to Meena Cleaners without any damages before. The Owner Mr. Sam is refusing to take any responsibility for the damage. In his words he says that he takes Zero responsibility for damaging my clothing, stating that he does not take any responsibility for colour damages on Indian clothes. I find this statement by Mr. Sam to be shocking, irresponsible and very unprofessional!!! Their take on damages done was not communicated to me at the time I gave the Sari and blouse in for dry cleaning, Nor does such Disclaimer exist on their Invoice!! Furthermore, I have not had colour bleeds with my previous dry cleanings done with the same business, so it is obvious that they used the wrong cleaning methods this time. The articles of clothing were inspected by a Member of Staff on receiving it, after which I was given a quote for the cost of work and the Receipt of it. When I came to receive the clothing I found it damaged as mentioned above with pink hue all over the White Silk Sari. It is evident that Meena Cleaners failed to use the measure of skill and care which is required of them. I hold Meena Cleaners responsible for this damage and expect to be compensated for the same.

I brought in my hockey equipment to be cleaned and sanitized here. I've never seen it so clean before. I've tried so many places through the years and Meena Cleaners by far did the best job I've had since before. It actually looks clean! No odour any more. Definitely will be bringing it back!
