Visited the place for the first time! Pretty helpful staff and management to help get all your laundry done within the hour! Located near the meadowvale center, there are a number of shops, restaurants and coffee places you can go to after giving in your laundry.

Very bad service . They said they will deliver in the morning one day and when I called in the afternoon on that day they said it is not ready . When I asked when it will be ready the guy said I don’t know maybe call tomorrow. That is not acceptable .. and when I stressed on the fact that I need it today he said I will call you back

This is CHEAP place. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. They professionally bleach all, there's no dry clean with them As promised to the owner of this laundry, I uploaded 2 evidences of how they ruined the wedding dress. 1st they wanted evidence then the owner realized we have evidence. So, they wanted 2 evidences ;D then showed the bill saying that it is a new dress. Then they wanted 3 evidences :D

Machines are efficient & place is clean although some are out of service. Female Staff knows squat about customer service. 1st time there staff argued with me for 2 min that my stuff won't dry in 15min just 17 min before close. 2nd time there, 30min before close staff blocked me at door saying no, no, what are you going to do. REALLY! ! I dried my clothes & was out promptly at 10. Can't wait till my drier is fixed. I I definitely don't need the harassment every time I go there.

The worst coin laundromat in Mississauga ever. The attendant is so disrespectful turning people back. Closing the door. This is just after 8pm. The laundromat closed at 10pm. It cost so much to wash and to dry 3 loads it cost over $24.00. Unbelievable!

Just a waste of my time. Dryers are always out of service and doesn't dry your clothes properly, ever. Washing machines are not even big enough. I went there a few years ago and stopped going. I decided to go there a few weeks ago and it explains why I stopped going there. Never again. Stop being cheap and get better dryers, it's super annoying.

Horrible service. The washing machines are out of service. Dryers have no heat, and the lady at the front desk blames me that their machines don't have enough money in it. Never again.

I have been visiting this place since 6 months and it’s very good Laundary and owner is also friendly to help you. I remembered one day I went there and Laundary was about to close the last load, however the owner allowed me to do the laundry and waited extra 10 minutes to complete the cycle. NOT a good laundromat, and I have been in many laundromats all over North America as a nomad. I suspect water is not hot, and definitely dryers aren't as hot as other places I go to. Plus, the change machines never work and so the surly owner opens the change box of the machine and gets the machine going for you, while making you feel like you're a PIA. This place is grossly overpriced. My regular laundromat at Cawthra/North Service charges $5.50 for the big washers and $1.75 for 35 mins in a big dryer - this place $8 and $3. I only come to this place when I can't justify the drive to the other. But after today, just not having to tolerate this place is justification enough for me to go the distance to the other.

Business is weird, I watched the man empty money from machines right after I put my coins in. He kept insisting I pay him and he use the key to start machine, I didnt like that. They take their sweet time to actually help you when you need it, seeing as they would rather eat or watch tv. Unprofessional. Overpriced.

Not a huge fan of this place. A lot of machines out of service. The set up is hot and claustrophobic. The top dryer doors don't stay open, and I bashed my head really hard on one. the staff hover around too much.

It's an older place with older machines but the prices are better than other places I've been to. There's also a working TV, magazines, a usable washroom, change machine, it's in a convenient location to get other errands done while your clothes get washed & dried, and the staff (I believe the owners) were very helpful. They saw my confusion over how a machine worked and immediately helped me out. Also came to.notify me when the load was done so I wouldn't wait longer than necessary. Nice people, and the machines were clean.

I was very dissapointed when I went to this laundry mat. In my opinion it was boiling hot in there with the door open and no air conditioning. They only had one machine for king size duvet and two machines for queen or double duvets. The floors looked worn and the space was really quite small for such a business. On top of that it was really expensive to use there machines. I will never go back there.

I’ve been going here for over 2 years with the nice Asian man who works here. The last two times I went, there’s this old white man working who ripped me off both times by saying I never paid him for the washers when I literally handed him cash for both my machines when he turned them on for me. Then tried telling me I owed him $15 more when I put my clothes in the dryers (after already paying for both washers). Not to mention he touched all my laundry (without a mask) and took my belongings out of the machine and left them on the table because I was 4 mins late after the timer went off; even when there was plenty of empty machines he could’ve used???

Amazing service! Honestly 10/10. When we came in, the lady helped us immediately with choosing the best washing machine for our comforters and helped set it up. She was super attentive and nice, helped us with our money without us having to use the change machines. The man was kind as well, turned on the fan for us and everything. Honestly super awesome service. Thank you and will definitely come again!!

Went there today. Separated my three loads into six dryers and spent a whopping $24.50 to dry. One dryer kept shutting down for no reason. Switched all clothes into new dryers three times and finally found ones that would heat up. Told the manager and he said that it is the way it is. This place was filthy. Will never return there again.

I am their customer for over 5 years since I moved in this area. The best thing I love this store is such a convenient location!!! There are so many great stores around it such as Canadian Tire, Metro, LCBO, Tim Hortons and McDonald's........ Every time I went there, I can do wash + shopping. The store is nice and cleaning. Machines are working well now.

Super clean coin laundry. Have been going for few times already. Conveniently located in Meadowvale center where I can drop of my cloth and then go to gym. Very friendly stuff and always willing to help out. Owner also keeps all machines running in excellent condition. Would recommend to everyone

Horrible!!! I went there earlier today and almost half of the dryers were out of service and the ones that did work didn't have any heat to them. People there were all complaining with the employee that that had to keep putting money in to get their clothes dry. Never again, I'll look for another coin laundromat in the area.
