Nice Laundromat in central Mississauga area. Not too pricey, do your own thing. Staff are helpful when you need help.

Great hours, the ladies are happy and polite. Very comfortable place to do laundry quickly. Large machines for bigger loads and fast dryers. Clean and convenient. Did I mention the ladies, they really are great!!!!

Never been better since we came in. The machines are not working well and the staff are rude. Very messy place and not a perfect place to do your laundry. Staff and the inside store are not even presentable. The costs are expensive. There’s a lot more better places to do the laundry. It’s our first time and will never come back.

Staff here seems to have an attitude problem. Never an uneventful visit. First visit their change machine ate my loonie and it took quite the convincing on my part to get my money back Second visit I neatly assorted dimes for easy counting about 5 dollars worth of change and the lady gave me lip for that. Today was my last visit. I arrived at 9:30pm an hour before Google said they closed. They said they close at 10 as stated on the door. I just want to put my coins in a goddamned machine and do my laundry. How hard do you have to make it?

The place is extremely dirty, I was just looking at the fans on the ceiling and they are black, the washers are dirty at the edges, so u have to grab ur laundry and not let it touch any edge ... the place itself needs maintenance, just look up at the TV that's over the dryers and u think that all that dust is going to fall on u.

Good place..machines are decent. But a little pricy for bid duvet washing. The machine takes $5 for washing and 25c for every 10 minutes of drying.

Machines does not give enough water for wash two times I went there and I used $4.75 and $3 machines none of them put enough water for washing. In all 23 min of washing cycle my clothes are jest wet and I didn’t see any extra drop of water. Worst machines ever see in my life. I think they don’t care about the customers. Even I was showing my machines to the attendance there few times and they are saying wait. And I waited waited cycle ended. And the f..King oweaner came and saying the cloths are clean. All the staff and Oweaner are having high attitude. I’m giving 1 star because there is no option for zero. Never recommend.

The individual (Women wth Mad looking face)that works there is so rude, and impossible to speak with. She appears very nasty and unapproachable. My visit yesterday sealed the deal for me never going back to use their services again. That lady needs to attend anger management class Along with sessions on how to be polite to people. To say the least her customer service is awful and she should not be working there or never be an owner. I will go far to say this lady is so racist it not even funny. It’s been proven time and time again she is argumentative. She has a set of rules for her people, then another set rules for everyone else. Her people can fold their laundry in the place, but everyone else has to place in a bag and take it home. This is how she has been operating. I’m done with individual’s bad behaviour cause rudeness is unacceptable.

Great service, reasonable prices... I've rarely used their self serve, coin operated machines but I am a regular user of their dry cleaning services. Best rates in town and a wonderful service to match. So I get a little skeptical when these two come together consistently, since customer expectations for laundry services are rarely over the 3/5 mark. So kudos!!! Keep serving.

I did my laundry today and I was taking my laundry out of the dryer to place them on the table to fold my clothes. The lady that worked there approached me and said "Sir, dont fold clothes on table, just wash, dry and go". I realize now due to covid 19 policies we can't use the table and I respect that, but I didn't appreciate the her telling me to go. I felt that was rude and unnecessary. This is a nice laundry mat and the owner is very friendly but unfortunately the staff are not as nice.

The owner is very unprofessional. Erroneously charged my credit card 3 times for the same transaction and refused to issue me a refund. For the past few years I did my laundry and took my dry cleaning there weekly. I will never return.

Do NOT GO HERE!! I arrived at 9:28 pm the sign shows that they are closed 10:00pm, i watched the lady open the door for someone that is of her race and she watch when i unloaded my wet clothes from my car, I got to the door knocked on the door and she opened the door and said that they are closed. I said to her but that doesn't make sense because I just watch you let someone in and your sign says you are open until 10pm she said no im sorry and closed the door.i took pictures of the business hours clearly stating their hours. It is so sad that racism still exist.

Been going to this location for a few months now. It is well kept and they have plenty of machines only issue is that there are women working there constantly folding and washing linens/towels. They take up all the counter space so us customers do not have any room at all to fold our clean clothes. You basically either take them with you unfolded or you find a spot on top of a washer and fold them. They literally have large clear plastic bags full of laundered towels/bedsheets...not convenient for paying customers.

Very negative experience with soap still in clothes after the wash. Machines are not safe to use and should be told that they are out of order. This place is a place that offers a laundry service. They say that its a coin laundry but the machines are very poorly maintained and are always out of order. I would stay away from this place! The owner does not replace or maintain machines despite the overuse of the machines for their laundry service. Your clothes will not be clean!

Owner (lady) is so rude. I told her the change machine had short changed me $0.75 so she seemed to be bothered. She then proceeded to give me the change with an attitude. I'm so glad I didn't put my clothes to wash here because luckily I went in to make change first. Never go to this place, if customer service is important to you. I would rather drive further than have to deal with people who do not know how to treat their customers. I would have given a zero but unfortunately the option isn't available.

It's always so nice to either drop off and pick up the clean folded stuff the extra dollars absolutely worth and sometimes I just go and do a blanket or something like that and they're always smiling even under their masks LOL absolutely best laundry in the area

Some of the machines have problems . However the staff is helpful. It can get very busy on the weekends. The facility is quite clean. Also there is a Tim's and a bubble tea joint nearby. It helps you kill time while you are doing Laundry.
