Bad experience - twice. The first time I gave an expensive Indian suit made of chiffon which stank when it came back. The second time we gave my husband's Calvin Klein jacket and the collar was ruined. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I have been a customer here for maybe 10 or more years..never had any issues with anything I've brought and I always bring my good clothes and they can clean and tailor them to fit accordingly!! The staff and customer service I get is amazing...they all know me by my name! They can be really quick with it aswell for when I need it done which is even better because other dry cleaners I've been have taken maybe 2 weeks just to repair a dress for me which is horrible... A few times didnt have enough money to pay for all the work and they even let me pay it the next time I came in cause I go in every week!! I would recommend this place to everyone!!

Love this place come here every week with all my best clothes and I have never been disappointed. Knows me by my first name and can easy tailor any of my clothes to fit proper. Best place to go in the City.

Been a customer for a few years and I haven NEVER had an issue. Customer service is always impeccable. Left my wallet at home once and I was allowed to settle up on my next visit! Where else does this happen?!?!?!?

Unfriendly, unprofessional and way more expensive than the two other places I've been to. I went because of the convenience of location (close to work). My simple request was to hem and taper the BASE of the 6 pairs of pants. It took 10 days to get it back only to find that it has now become extremely tight and unwearable by the knee area. When asked if they can let out that area because I never even asked for that to be taken in, I was told to wear it and it will stretch out. I was also told to be more specific with my instructions or next time leave another pants with the same dimensions. Completely absurd! The solution was take it or leave it. To add to it, when I got home I noticed all 6 pants were now different lengths (the left side shorter than the right side). When I tried going back the owner said he does not want to hear anything and to leave. Pretty much once you paid for it, nothing else can be done it is what it is. Extremely horrible service, would not recommend anyone to go here by all means. Go to ANY other cleaner/alterations place and you'll be 300% happier - -deserves minus stars but 1 is the minimum unfortunately. I'll now wear my long and short pants and wait until they stretch into the shape I want..

The most expensive Dry cleaners I have ever used. I use dry cleaners very very often just tried them as i had seen them. Suit $22.50 Pants $8.75 worse thing after charging all that the bill was incorrect too. I never went back to ask but will never go there again.

Appearances are deceiving... they’re not competent in cleaning stains or ironing. They ruined my Y-3 $350 hoodie by not using the right steaming equipment and used a hot iron which caused 6 lines on the front! Also, didn’t know how to take out the wrinkles in my designer shirt and had to take it elsewhere. Kingsbridge dry cleaning and Just a Sec from the neighbourhood are also terrible. Will not return.

DO NOT BRING YOUR LAUNDRY HERE! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Brought my older Canada Goose jacket to get cleaned. It cost me $65. When I pick up my jacket, not only does it look filthy, the fur on the hood has been singed and is missing a good chunk. Nasser offered to send the jacket to Canada Goose on our behalf but we later learned that he was not forthcoming and said that the fur had been coming out which was not the case. He had admitted that Canada Goose said that they had to clean the jacket as it was not clean when they received it. Upon having the jacket returned to me in the exact same condition, Nasser acknowledged that he ruined my jacket but laughed in my face when I asked for some sort of compensation and told me that he wouldn't give me a penny for it, "Your jacket is worth nothing to me". Avoid this place at all cost unless you are ok to have your clothes damaged by someone who admits that your clothes mean nothing to them.
