The gentleman who ( I assume...) runs the place is constantly on the phone. He has his ear buds in and it's not even a business call as he's speaking Indian. He was also helping another guy, fitting him for pants. No 'good morning, how are you' no acknowledgement what so ever. This is not the first time I've been there and this has happened. This review may sound petty, but I give my customers my complete attention. It's nice that they're close to home, but I'm done...it's just common courtesy.

I have gone to Sam Dry Cleaners in Mississauga (Burnhamthorpe Road and Tomken Road intersection) for over 28 years for mending my jeans, dresses, suits and blazers and they did excellent work and then found out from the owner they opened a location closer to home called City View Cleaners (Burnhamthorpe Road and Erin Mills Parkway intersection). Sam and City View Cleaners provided excellent customer service and excellent quality of mending the broken zipper and ripped snow-pants pocket as per pictures attached the snow pants look awesome. Thanks!

The winter clothes should be done at June 29th which is the date they put on the receipt. Today is already July 9th. It is still not ready. High expenses and bad services. Won’t come again!

Extremely high price, extremely bad service. Work should be finished in two week. They extend it twice and they want to another week? Holy bad service! Do not come!!! It is a trap!
