Best in town as of May 2021 Been using them for a while now and the the staff are very friendly, very clean and the machines work well, just wish there were more of them when it's busy lol , One thing it would be nice to have updated times of when they are busy or slow times on google , that really helps, but at every store I look up I would love that but great place overall to do laundry or drop it off , very accommodating. Thanks ladies .

Never had to use a laundromat before and this was a positive experience for me. My other half left me without any change and the lady was so kind! She helped me out until he came back ^_^ The dryers are so fast and so cheap ???? it made doing all of our households blankets and sheets a breeze ! We were in and out just like that ! Definitely recommend

Horribly rude people claim there machines are fast I came 2 hours before they closed and was told I couldn't wash one load of laundry I didn't even need to use the dryer my washer was getting fixed.. Lady was incredibly rude and even gave dirty looks to my young daughter would NOT recommend to anyone .

We use this place pretty much every 2 weeks, I hate not having a washer and dryer at home but they make it easy and affordable. It is clean and it doesn’t take much time at all. It is definitely my go to place. Thanks for the awesome service ????

The staff is very conscientious and use common sense. That is a good combination, not just order-following automaton employees. They had one of those, but I haven't seen her in a while....so that's nice. They are friendly and have a tendency to cover your butt when you screw up, like forgetting your detergent there or forgetting to come back for your laundry. They actually dried and folded my clothes for me. More than once.

Claim they are open until 8pm!! Drove in from way out in the country to wash one load of laundry at 6:20 pm. Did not need to use the dryer at all. Was told I could not use the washing machine even though it only takes 20 minutes and I would have been gone before 7 pm. Lady was very rude and could have cared less. She told me no one can use the machines after 6:30pm even though her sign says open until 8pm. Incredibly nasty with her comments and had no logic at all. Should change their hours on their sign. Heard this has happened to a few people that tried to do laundry after 6pm. Apparently it takes her 2 hours to wjpe out one washing machine that I wanted to use! Should not claim to be open til 8pm. Signs are posted for a reason and people depend on the hours to be truthful and accurate. I found out later that one person was not allowed to use one washing machine at 6pm, even though the dryer was not needed and they would have been gone by 6:30pm. Terrible attitude. Would never go again at any hour. Wants to make money doing your laundry for you but rude if you want to do your own. Should post the truth on her sign so people will not waste their time going there. Found a couple of other friendly places that really are open til 8pm. They could not believe that she would not let you do one load of wash after 6pm because she has to wipe out the machine and closes at 8pm. At the other place I washed my laundry at 7:30pm and staff was friendly.

I have taken oversized (king sized) quilts and blankets here over the years, to use their oversized machine. Never any issues, until today. I took a hand made quilt in to wash; I wanted to use cold water, as I wanted to my minimize the chance of the colours running. I had also included 4 colour catcher sheets, designed to catch any colour bleeds. The attendant checked as I chose the cold water option. When the wash was completed, I opened the door and it was steaming hot!!! I knew immediately that my quilt would not have done well. The 4 colour catcher sheets were all dark with the colour that had bled and all of the other colours are very faded; essentially, my quilt is ruined. When I questioned the attendant about the cold water choice, the response was that the valve must have been closed! WHAT?!?! Are you saying that I don’t really have a choice as to the temperature of my wash?!?! I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED; I feel that I did all that I could to minimize such a disaster. This business did not provide the option I needed and thought I was choosing. BTW - a hand made quilt of that size is worth a lot of $$. There is no way to have it replaced.

Have tried to use their facility several times and been told that we cannot do our laundry during the last 1-2 hours of operation day. We were told that the last hour or so is for them to wash. If your laundromat hours say you are open until 6, then I should be able to come in at 5 and do a load. If you need dedicated time to do laundry service, those should be outside of customer hours. Plus there is one staff who is very rude. Basically we go elsewhere now, even though this is the closest place to us.
