I past by at least 3 car wash to get to this one. Owners are consistently professional. Saw them disinfecting before and after use. Tried to open the bay door if they can. Also clean and I feel safe in it.

This is by far my FAVOURITE car wash in Medicine Hat. The lady who works here is the most amazing lady I have ever met. She is so kind and personable. I come here very often, because the owner are amazing. She even complimented my haircut, she is wonderful. Wish I could give this car was more than a 5!!!

I find this establishment to be very well kept as far as the cleanliness of the bsys go. Used to be a great place to go but things seem to have changed. Timing seems to be much shorter now for each coin so it costs much more than it used to or should for thst matter to wash my vehicle. The foam in the brush leaked all over my hands and dyed them blue, the gentleman at the desk apologized. I asked if he knew what would take it off his reply was "time". As truthful as this may be it is not what I'd hoped to hear. Why do we need dye in the soap anyway?

On the plus side a dollar seems to go a long way. Only complaint I really have is that you have to drive down a dusty ass back alley to get back onto the street afterwards if you are unable to back out of the wash bay...

Oh my God. The lady that works there is an angel. I love saying hi to her every time. Such a sweetheart. Oh, and this car wash is the cheapest place in town, bar none. Unfortunately they're not 24 hours anymore.

Yes, you have to wash your own car, but the price you pay is much lower than other drive through...some, like new one will possible scratch your car...Coop car wash is Excellent drive through. But Crescent is very reasonable and won't cost you much.

The only star is because they have a good location. It is run by an idiot and not well kept. There are far better locations with actual real service. You could do better with a garden hose. Shame......

One dollar car wash, lots of options, soap, soap brush, rinse, wax etc. Lances are nice and powerful. As with all coin operated car wash you feel like a dollar doesn't last long enough but 5 bucks should get most cars to a reasonable standard.

Crestwood car wash is without a doubt the best car wash in medicine hat or anywhere else . The attendant lady is so gracious and helpful . On my visits her husband is always fixing every little thing in every bay . And EVERYTHING WORKS!! Other coin car washes never seem to have the attention to detail that Crestwood does.

First time going through this automated car wash with my brand new suv and stopped when prompted, but the pressure washer arm scraped and got caught on the grill. Luckily owner came and stopped it right away, let me go through again and watched carefully. However vehicle does have scrapes and chip out of the grill and emblem.

I like that the fact staff are always on duty. The bays and trash cans are kept clean. Very rarely there is a dirty wash Bay. Staff are welcoming and friendly.

The owners are, I believe, a husband and wife team. Very, very friendly people and always have a smile for you. Previous negative reviews are for previous owner. I go here all the time now. Price is reasonable, equipment is kept up, and bays are clean.

-Pre soak might as well be broken it barely works. -it takes so long to switch over to other options. -no timer and dollar seems so short compared to other wash.
