Rain, snow or even cold, always open. I live a couple of blocks away from a car wash in Southridge, but I'll drive the extra distance to Clean Machine to wash my vehicle. I can always trust this business is open when they say they will be!

I used the Automatic car wash and it was good. The undercarriage wash was broken so the was was $2 off. This wash doesn't require you to go inside to pay, It's coin/bill operates but there's an ATM there if you need money. Thought it did a good job. I also saw a pet wash and diy wash area

Wash is good but dryer needs to be better aimed. Machine to pay works almost zero percent of time. Money keeps getting rejected and pay by card never works and then forced to use atm machine. Which is why it gets only 2 stars. Fix the issues and I will up my stars.

Love this place. There is very rarely a line up for the self wash, machines always work, price is good and well laid out so you are in and out quickly.

Good car wash. Warm water to get those stuck on bugs off. Only problem is the auto door isn't working. You need to hit the do not want a free undercarriage wash to get into the building.

Paid for automatic car wash, but the gate didn't opened. Called for help and I was told to wait on the line. After 2 minutes connection was dropped and I was put in ignore list. Left a couple voice messages. No one call back. Spent an hour trying to resolve the situation. --------------- Update: Situation was resolved right after this review. Got a 2 promo codes for free car washes (Hope they will work). Cannot put 5 stars but will update to 4 for resolving the situation.

Please use caution with the dog wash, water starts out reasonable, but near the end of your washing/rinsing it becomes uncontrollably hot, issue was brought up to a staff member, and they were previously aware of the situation.

My Favorite wand wash in town. I've tried others and no one can compete with the wand pressure here. My truck gets quite muddy and dirty. This is the only place I can spend under $15 to get every spec of mud, dirt and bugs off. I am also a firm believer in the "Spot Free" mode after the wash. It works like a dream! Others in town don't even have it.

The last time I went through the Automatic Touchless Wash I had to finish cleaning the dirt off the car myself...even after spending $14 on the wash. The Self Cleaning Wands inside seem to work fine though.

Still a great place to get your car washed. Although the dryer. It does work great too, but by the time you're out, the water on the ceiling and the exit door is already on your car. So you get your car washed, (very well, might I add) get it dried, and then it's wet again by the time you're fully out. First world problems, I tell ya... Wah wah wah. Great job though guys. Keep up the great work.

4 Stars: Great car wash, lot's of option to wash your car and it has 7 bays. I love the foam cannon, it smells good too, i just hope it is not harmful to car paint. 3 stars: It has 7 bays but each bay is kinda small. Above all, i like washing my car here. Price is good too. Recommended to my friends and family. Keep up the good work guys!

Was asked to do the “detailing” outside because there was a line up (2 cars and there were three vehicles inside getting ready to leave. When I explained that I was wiping out spots that the vacuum can’t reach before I vacuum out the car, the lady said “I don’t care, there is a line.” So I left without vacuuming out my vehicle- and I won’t be back to use their facility again.

Vehicle was not clean after I drove off my truck got all spotty and the foam brush didn't work well. I spent $20.00 washing it. And when I need to use washroom I was told there wasn't one there.

I visit this place everytime I visit Medicine Hat. The best feature is their Foam Gun. The foam breaks down any road grime and everything that adheres to my front grill gently and provides the perfect moisture base to follow with the foam brush. They also have hot water and great pressure. I highly recommend this car wash.

Unless you are using coins, the machine overcharges you on the car wash. This is the second time I've gone there and used my credit card and made sure the machine was off when I left, I got home and checked my statement and it was $5 more than what the machine said I paid. Other than that it's a nice place to go to. (Edit: can confirm that the extra charge was corrected on my CC bill days later. My overall review has changed to a good car wash to go to and I redact my previous statement about the over charge)

Fairly nice, but the water is ice cold constantly and absolutely will not remove ice build up from your vehicle. Don't wash here in the winter time.
