I'm so sorry tip top, I think I made a mistake when posting this review, your Laundromat was one of the best businesses around, machine are so clean and neat. The owner is so kind, thoughtful and helpful. Since moving from Winnipeg, I have not come across the same service like I have at this place. She rocks!!!

I HIGHLY recommend this laundromat. I haven't ever used one before today. Sure, I lived in apartments and paid to do laundry. This place though is fantastic. Lucy is very friendly and helpful even when she is busy. Very organized and kind. My washing machine broke down after 17 years and a replacement is coming in 2 weeks. I was able to get 6 loads of laundry clean and dry while I ran errands. There are options to fold there or have them do it all for 1.25 per pound. Tell your friends to use this laundromat! Thanks for the wonderful service!

The lady behind the counter was incredibly helpful and friendly. She showed me the right machine to use for my pillows and when I ran short of coins, she lended me some to start my laundry while I ran to the bank so they'd all be done at the same time. I'm very happy with my experience and will definitely come back the next time I need to

Very Friendly place, the price is fair, not expensive. I brought my laundry their and she sold me some pods 3 in 1 detergent, it worked very well, and isn't expensive.

Very friendly and clean business. Once when I missed a pillow case in the dryer, my next visit back the owner/operator had it folded wrapped and marked with my name for me. They truly care. Five Stars service hands down. Darryl :^)

I travel on business and I am in Winnipeg area frequently. This laundromat is clean and provides outstanding service with her wash and fold bachelor service. I have used it a few times and while I'm away this is my place of choice. The people running it are very pleasant and understands the needs of the customer. I highly recommend this business

i've been here twice and each time has been good. the machines are easy to operate for first time users. the owner is very helpful too and can answer any questions you have. he can show you how to use the machines as well. you definitely need to bring a lot of coins if you're doing a lot of loads or heavy loads. for anyone with sensory overload issues it is usually quiet with humming and tinking from the washers amd dryers. there is music playing as well as a radio but neither of the volumes are loud. people usually come in and out so there aren't large crowds from what i have seen. it is also clean here too. i'm currently watching the owner wipe down the machines. this is definetly my go-to laundromat! i'm very happy being here.

I was going for about 2 months as my washer died on me ... I had no problems up untill today ... I do not think that it is appropriate to be removing your customers laundry from the machines for another customer to use ... I feel it is quite the invasion of privacy ... i'm not really up for others to not only be touching my intimate items but to be looking at my intimate items ... all for the sake of another customer to use ... I will not be coming back.

*Coin operated* Bring your own change. $2.5-2.75 for a normal size wash. $1.75 for a normal size dry Large machines available for sheets and blankets at $$. Could be open much longer, replace the front counter with a couple of vending machines and a change machine and have it open 24 hours. Owner is really nice and will totally help you out. He can break bills for change or even do your laundry at a cost per pound. He can be a little hard to hear though, he speaks a bit quiet relative to the environment.

BEST LAUNDRY MAT IN WINNIPEG. BEST PRICES IN WINNIPEG. THIS PLACE IS CLEAN!!! Floors are clean, machines are cleaned all the time. Waste of money. Bought the tide pods they offer, used their machines to wash my clothes. Nothing smells like it's been washed most of the clothes still have stains on them. Wasted my money.

First time doing laundry here (March 6) & it was chill! The lady working was very helpful & kind. The washers & dryers are awesome. Prices are great! It's $2.50 to do a medium size wash. I think it was $2.75 to use the large dryer. It was calm & quiet. I was able to do some work while I waited. Will definitely be coming back!

I've been through in many places of Canada but this is the best coz its very clean Ate Lucy the owner so nice she maintain the cleanliness of the place The facilities is very clean.. I agree with everyone the people are really friendly.. But I've had bad luck with the dyers .its happened to me 3 times now. The first two times they gave my money back but I had to fight for it cause they didn't believe me.. And of course it happens to me again and the lady was right behind me ..she said I didn't put money so she's calling me a liar so it doesn't sit well with me it's going last time going here. which is too bad because I've gotten to know some of the other people that go there on Sunday and I've enjoyed are conversations.. But I can't justify that they are calling me a liar so I'll be going to sud city from now on. Don't care if I have to pay more money that was never the issue as I make good tips where I work..

Lucy is amazing!!! I came in with 7 loads of laundry. She helped me to put them in, transferred everything into dryers (while I was away) and even folded my blankets (when I was folding my clothes). She was extremely helpful and so friendly!!! It was unreal how easy she made my day because I was in and out- under 2 hours. My visit was so fast and everything turned out very clean, dry and nicely folded! I am so happy with herbservice and will definatly come back when I am in need to do more laundry. I highly reccomand this place, check it out!

My favorite laundromat whenever I'm in Winnipeg. The machines all work well and everything is spotless. I've used the wash and fold service when I have a limited amount of time in the city and I've been impressed with how quickly my clothes are ready and the reasonable rates. Great place to get your clothes cleaned. Place is clean and organized, staff is always friendly and helpful. Machines are good, get your clothes pretty clean and still in a good condition. $4 for a regular load to wash and dry. Highly recommended!

What a great place to do laundry when you are on the road on vacation and want it done in one batch. This laundromat is very clean, well maintained, and in an easy location to access. Prices are good and the machines don't chew up your clothes and the dryers do the job in a reasonable time. But the best thing about it was Lucy, the owner. She is such a friendly and interesting person to talk to that the time goes quickly and your laundry is done and you have learned something new. She obviously knows how to run and business and how to keep her customers happy.

Armed with the daunting task of washing a car cover (that was too big for our washer at home), I decided to try Tip Top based on the customer reviews. It's TRUE... the hostess Lucy was very helpful in everything from picking the proper machines (for such a large item), to how much detergent & softener to put in. I would definitely come back again, & recommend this fine establishment to anyone!!!

It's been over 40 years since I have been in a laundromat but had a very large feather mattress that needed cleaning. I brought it into Tip Top after reading the great reviews posted here. I was not disappointed. Lucy was very helpful pointing out which machine I should use and then advising me that the drying time may be over 4 hours. I left it with her and returned the next day to pick it up.Great friendly service in a very clean location, very reasonable prices and excellent customer service, thank you Lucy.
