The new owners took over in May and they are fantastic! Great services and very friendly. They even have a shelving unit full of products you can purchase including their own line of laundry care for personal use and handmade soaps! Great place!!

Brought two gowns and a suit to dry clean. I forgot to pick them up. Understand that things happen and I should have picked up a long time ago. When I called and asked if they still had my items- they put me on hold and went to look, came back and said they donated garments. I found the suit and gown on a buy and sell- available at their business! Went in and asked for my items. Paid the bill and brought my daughters gown home. What angers me is the dishonesty. Don’t tell your client you don’t have it - when in fact you do and you are selling it for a profit- this business did not donate the gowns, lying to clients is not a business I support.

I really appreciate Steinbach Dry cleaners as they have done such a good job on cleaning my suit and my dress shirts over the last few month. They also cleaned and restitched my Israel flag, which was yellowed with age I was so impressed with the job. I also have purchased their heat linament for my sore neck. They are friendly and helpful, I would recommend them to anyone. Try them out, I am very glad I did, will be doing more business with them soon. John Plantz

Very dishonest & disrespectful. DO NOT bring your expensive garments here. Brought my Canada Goose jacket in for a mild cleaning, after being re-assured numerous times by employees that they had experience cleaning these types of jackets. Upon pickup the jacket had shrunk, the red/white arm patch had been turned gray, and the entire jacket was discolored. When I brought this to the attention of the employee, no one could tell me who the manager was or when they would be back. I've called numerous times trying to get in touch with a manager, but keep getting the run around. Very disappointed with this business, save yourself the disappointment & frustration and go elsewhere.

Horrible place to bring your garments! It is very expensive just because customers can’t wash a certain item themselves they jack up the prices. They shrink your clothes, damaged them etc.. and the they treat their employees like garbage. I would not recommend this place at all. It used to be a LOT BETTER when Mike and Cyndi Sobering used to own it as well as Willy and Hildy Toews owned it!

Since the owners and staff changed the place has gotten really unpleasant and unaccomodating. I have rented from them 5-10 times a year for many years and I wont be going back due to recent events. Very disappointed

Amazing experience! I was in a bad situation of needing some last minute pressing for a family wedding and I received assistance from a very friendly young lady at the front desk. She said “no problem” and I came back an hour later to pick up my beautifully pressed shirts! They saved my day! So thankful for nice, friendly and helpful people like them! Keep it up!
