I lived in the area in a building with no washing facilities, so I went to Sherbrook Suds every week for about 3 years. I took off one star because the facility itself could use some renovation/repair - but that doesn’t affect the level of service. Used their wash/dry/fold service A LOT and they were always very accommodating to my time needs. The owner is a very nice lady and truth be told, I kind of miss it :)

Good place to wash clothes, however, they have machines that have been "out of order" for a long time, couple years or more, they don't bother to fix them, other than that great place to do laundry

Didn't like it the owner followed me around like I was going to steal something and demanded I used a oversized washer for a small blanket.. never go back again really don't know how he got rated the best in Winnipeg cause he's obviously not.

Everything is good about this place. The reason though to give lower ratings is the lady at the counter (not the usual lady with specs she is quite nice). She was rudely speaking.

I went there 5 years ago it was ok, I went there 2 days ago I'm never going back ever, the worker(could be the owner)is rude mean and seems to hate everyone and everything. Also It's expensive. I'd rather hand wash anyday then go there

Love it! I always use their drop off service. Clothes are nicely washed and folded on a timely manner. Staff is always friendly and practically know me now! Will continue to come here also ❤

$4.50 for wash, so a bit steep. It is open during covid, which is great but you can't sit and wait in there. Just make sure that you are prompt with timing. My laundry was taken out of the washer by staff when I was 1 minute late because it was busy.

Good COVID19 distancing protocols, prices range from: $3/small load to $8/XXL load 3 average loads worth for washers. And $4 per medium load for about 22 minutes each, may require 2 cycles to dry.

Favourite place to do laundry! Decent machines and they're clean. Some dryers are wonky, but I avoid those. The dryers I do use there are very hot. 1.25 drys a load of mine :) and can drinks are only a dollar. Very helpful service.

Stopped in here to wash a few suits yes (ouch) anyway the woman there was nothing short of a huge sweetheart and so helpful it was nice to see because i was there for my mothers funeral and did not have the time to get them dry cleaned so i had no choice and this woman was so helpful and we both learned a few things in the process in doing so if she does read this she will know who iam because we now know that a real suit (yes) expensive ones at that can be washed in a washing machine (if you want to know how get in touch with me) and trust me not one wrinkle period. and WOW to this day they still look brand new folks anyway thanks again and a huge shout out to the excellent woman who helped me with this as losing my mother i wasn't feeling to good but she did manage to get a few smiles and the day went on. if the owner sees this (keep her) she is one darn excellent employee you have there i cannot remember her name but great service (free internet) gotta love it......

Has free wifi, which is fantastic & outlets to charge your phone while you are doing your laundry. However, their prices doubled since the last time I was there. Granted that was about 5 years ago, but still, it cost me more than double what it is at my apartment building (the washing machine was temporarily out of order). They do offer services to do laundry for you, based on weight, which is nice if you don't have time or don't want to wait. That might be a more economical way to do your laundry, but I never used that service so I can't speak for that one way or another.

Have done laundry here before. Usually great but I suppose that's because I've never had to speak with the woman at the front counter. Went in to change a 20 with the intention of doing laundry later. Was barated by the attendant and told to go elsewhere. Would rather drink drain cleaner than speak with her again. Will not be returning. Thanks for souring my day. Edit: Thank you for explaining your poor behaviour. Does not excuse the way I was spoken to. Never returning

Past experiences have been good however today many machines where either "temporarily" out of service or in use but there were only two other people in there. I was told I could just put all my laundry in one big machine and it would be cheaper... That made me say I will go elsewhere!! Some people may not care, buut towels and sheets do not get mixed with delicates.
