Great service. We’re able to get very heavy stains out of my wife’s soft shell jacket she wears riding. Always do a great job on my uniform when I bring it in. Had to explain a military press for the shirts the first time though.

I have best care pickup my stuff from my office every few weeks. They do the work incredibly fast and the stuff is back at my office in a few days all ready to go. This is affordable convenience. I am willing to pay to not be sitting in my car. Best Care makes it all work the way I want it to. I have been a customer for over 5 years now, never ever any issue with the quality of work.

I am Forever ripping pants + wearing them down. I wish I would have taken a before and after because I thought my favourite pair of pants was a write off and Best Care was able to fix them and make them feel new again! Since have started to use there Pick up laundry service and cant say this enough .... what a stress reliever with my busy schedule. Didn't know I needed that service and now have a hard time imagining life without.

Great service and very timely. I got my wedding dress dry cleaned here, as well as a fancy cardigan and another dress. Knowledgeable staff, very friendly, good hours. The bustle on my wedding dress wasn’t functioning properly after our wedding, but when I got it back from here it was fixed. Yay! I didn’t get a chance to pick up my clothes for 3 weeks after they were ready, but Best Care kept them safe for me. Thank you!

This place is magical. That is all. I didn't even recognize my jacket when I got it back. I didn't realize how dingy and dirty it was. Now it's BRIGHT and beautiful and puffed up. I dropped 4 jackets and got them on time. I don’t know what Kind of chemical they used to clean it, all what I know is they completely destroyed 2 of my jackets worth $480 each. Both are unwearable and thrown to trash. Never ever come back to this place.

This company is what it says it is..the best care for your clothes! I will ONLY trust Best Care Dry Cleaners with my dry cleaning , because I know that my clothes will be returned to me in the best possible condition. They also recoloured my favourite Leather Coat and made it look like new.

Very disappointing service here. Brought in 4 suits to get dry cleaned, and 3 of them were ruined. The owner would not answer the phone, and I am unfortunately left with replacing the suits on my own dime. I am baffled as to how this even happens as one suit shrank a full size, the other grew 3 sizes and the third had tears in the liner of both sleeves. Each suit was a different brand with pricing ranging from $450-$1500 (per suit). The staff there tried to do their best, but with all of the tailors, cleaners, and owner gone there was nothing they could do. I will likely be taking the business to small claims court if the owner does not contact me with a solution.

I was going to try Best Care Cleaners. But when I called to ask a few questions, found out they do charge fees for all repairs and it's not cheap! Their website and other reviewers said free minor repairs. I mentioned the website claim for free repairs. They said, "No, we charge for repairs." NOT AS ADVERTISED!!!

This place was suggested to us by the owner of Luxe Label. I dropped off 4 items on December 23, 2019. They were scheduled to be ready on the 2nd. I received a call on the 31st stating that my items were ready for pick up. My husband went in today (7th) to pick up the items and they did not have one of my dresses ready. Apparently they need more time with it. I called and they admitted that they “do not know where my dress is and that they will call me by the end of the day with an update”. So basically, they misplaced/lost my dress. I did receive a call as promised and they will be working with me to properly mitigate the situation.

Got an email Tuesday that my order was ready for pick up. We are from out of town so we came in the next morning. Was told our order wasn't ready until 430.... Why send emails if they aren't ready? Now we are stuck in the city waiting for 4 hours. Not impressed. Update: they did call and finish our order and we picked it up an hour later. Cost us lunch we didnt plan on buying but they gave us $5 off our bill.
