I brought back a Canada Goose coat on November 4th for a cleaning, pick up date was yesterday November 6th, I introduce myself then the lady at the reception COLDLY tells me that my coat is not ready and that it will be ready tomorrow on November 7, knowing that I left them my phone number to use in such situations. Today, I show up to pick up my famous Canada Goose, once again and to my disappointment, cleaning not yet done, the lady tells me that it would be ready in half an hour, I decide to wait. Finally after half an hour of waiting, my coat is ready BUT it reeked of the product they were cleaning with. In short, I do not recommend this place. (Original) Pire place où nettoyer son manteau d'hiver. Service à la clientèle médiocre. Femme à la réception désagréable, la date de remise n'est pas du tout respectée. J'ai ramené un manteau Canada Goose le 4 Novembre pour un nettoyage, date de récupération était hier le 6 Novembre, je me présente puis la dame à la réception me dit FROIDEMENT que mon manteau n'est pas prêt et qu il sera prêt demain le 7 Novembre, sachant que je leur ai laissé mon numéro de téléphone pour s'en servir dans de telles situations. Aujourd'hui, je me présente pour récupérer mon fameux Canada Goose, encore une fois et à ma grande déception, nettoyage pas encore effectué, la dame me dit qu'il serait prêt dans une demi-heure, je décide d'attendre. Finalement après une demi-heure d'attente, mon manteau est prêt MAIS il puait le produit avec le quel ils nettoient. Bref, je ne recommande pas cette place.
