Mes tapis on été complètement mouillés et maintenant ils sentent vraiment l'humidité, j'ai dû les sortir le lendemain pour essayer de les faire sécher tellement l'odeur était insupportable dans l'auto. Voyant autant de commentaires positifs, j'étais convaincue que j'allais payer pour un excellent service, mais à ce prix là, j'aime mieux m'acheter ce qui me faut au Canadian Tire et le faire moi-même. Ça n'empêche pas que les employé(e)s avaient l'air de travailler fort lorsque je suis entrée, je suis persuadée qu'ils ont fait de leur mieux avec le temps alloué pour chaque nettoyage, il y avait beaucoup de gens cette journée là alors ça peut-être joué là-dessus. Water was coming out of the passenger seat when we put our hand on it. It was wet to twist. The SRS AIR BAG light on my car turned on after the car wash. Even after putting the heater with air conditioning for 1 hour (yes yes a lot of traffic to get to Montreal) it did not dry. I had to go to the SUBARU dealership to explain that there are sensors below the passenger bench that are very sensitive to humidity. This is true for most models. You must be very careful not to flood the seats as much driver as passenger. Replace the sensor costs between $ 200 and $ 300. J'ai fait lavé l'intérieur de ma voiture, les 2 tapis en avant et une tâche sur le siège passager également. Après être partie, les planchers de l'auto étaient inondés et le siège passager. De l'eau sortait du siège passager quand on mettait notre main dessus. Il était mouillé à tordre. La lumière SRS AIR BAG sur mon auto s'est allumé suite au Lave-Auto. Même après avoir mis le chauffage avec l'air climatisé pendant 1h (oui oui beaucoup de traffic pour se rendre à Montréal) cela n'a pas sécher. J'ai dû faire un tour chez le concessionnaire SUBARU qui m'a expliquer qu'il y a des sensors en dessous du banc passager qui sont très sensible à l'humidité. Ceci est vrai pour la plupart des modèle. Il faut avoir faire très attention de ne pas inonder les sièges autant conducteur que passager. Remplacer le sensor coute entre 200$ et 300$. Pour un Lave-Auto professionnel, je suis très déçu du service rendu qui a brisé le sensor Air bag de mon auto. Je pensais que des professionnels connaitraient cette information et qu'ils y feraient attention. Pour moi, cela témoigne d'une faute qui n'aurait pas dû être commise par un Lave-auto de réputation. Je vous invite à y penser avant d'aller laver le calcaire de vos tapis...

I used a groupon voucher here a couple years ago and was satisfied so I bought another one. Reserved through Groupon as specified on the voucher. I'm 6 months pregnant, I empty out my car, uninstall 4 car seats, pack up my bike (so I can leave my car for the day to be cleaned and still get to work) only to arrive at 8am for my reserved appointment to have the guy tell me "sorry, I don't have your appointment in my system. It happens sometimes". Really unprofessional and crappy customer service. I'm getting a refund from Groupon and won't be using this company anymore.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This review is based on the Full detailing package with shampoo. So I got a coupon in Groupon for a full detailing package with shampoo and made an appointment 5 days in advance for saturday morning. Even though I live far (West Island) I decided to drive to this place since it had great reviews. As I got there at the time of my appointment the person in charge told me to come back in 30mins because he was too busy. I decided to go for a walk but came back 15mins later and asked him why I had to wait longer since I had an appointment. He simply answered that he had no scheduled appointments for that day, that I made the appointment with his boss and not him (what does that even mean?) and that I would have to wait. After talking to him for a few minutes he agreed to clean my car and told me to park the car in front of the garage and that he was gonna start cleaning it soon. So I went for another walk and came back after 2 hours just to see my car still parked outside and when I went to talk to the guy he said he didn't have people to work on it and I had to wait longer or come another day! At this point I was furious because I drove all the way there and he lied to me and he was more interested in washing other customers' cars than starting to clean mine. These people probably do a great job doing a normal interior/exterior cleaning, but beware of the full detailing package with shampoo as they might not even do it and you may have to come again. As for me I requested a refund on Groupon and I'm not going back there.

Mon auto n'était pas plus sale qu'un auto qui vient dans un magasin de lavage d'auto pour se faire nettoyer. J'ai donc eu droit à beaucoup de commentaires et de sacres concernant l'état de ma voiture qui étaient extrêmement exagérés et déplacés. Venu le temps de finaliser, je leur dit que c'est déjà payé via Groupon et on me mentionne que j'aurais du le dire au début (comme j'avais pourtant fait) , et on me fait payer un extra parce que c'est un lavage suprême (tel que payé sur Groupon) et parce que mon auto était trop sale selon eux. Bref, pour moi, ce fut une expérience extrêmement malaisant ainsi que déplaisante malheureusement. Si vous estimé un lavage complet à 15 minutes et que finalement vous en prenez 20-25, ce n'est pas le client qui doit assumé votre perte. Votre spécialité est de laver les autos, nous payons exactement pour ce service, à vous d'augmenter les prix au lieu de décevoir un client sur deux en chialant sur le temps supplémentaire que cela peut prendre.

Le propriétaire m'a demandé de rapporter l'auto, et elle a été parfaitement séchée sans frais additionnels. J'ai particulièrement apprécié que la satisfaction client passe avant tout. C'est presque surprenant car ces principes se font de plus en plus rares de nos jours. Pour le prix et les heures qu'ils ont passées sur l'auto, je n'hésiterai pas à y retourner.
