I particularly liked the fact that I could receive my laundry the same day. The staff were very courteous and kind. They respected their custom calls one hour before the pickup and one hour before the delivery of clean laundry. The smell of my bedding was divine, I could no longer sniff them (lol!). In a period of confinement, I find that their service is timely, especially for large pieces such as a comforter, curtains, bedding, etc. It will not be the last time I use their service. J'ai énormément apprécié leur service de ramassage à domicile. Il a ete tres facilr pour moi de céduler le jour de ramassage. Jai particulièrement aimé le fait que je pouvais recevoir ma lessive la même journée. Le personnel a ete tres courtois et gentil. Ils ont respecté leurs appels de coutoisie une heure avant le ramassage et une heure avant la livraison de la lessive propre. L'odeur de ma literie etait divin, je m'en pouvais plus de les renifler (lol!). En periode de confinement, je trouve que leur service tombe à point, surtout pour des gros morceaux tel qu'un édredon, rideaux, literie, etc. Ce ne sera pas la derniere fois que j'utiliserai leur service. Merci pour votre gentillesse. P.S: J'aurai aimé donner un pourboire.

Wow Was really impressed by their pickup service. They were super open with their communications, I didn't feel left in the dark at any point like you would with other services. I ordered the day before on their website to get a pickup for the following day. I had 28 pounds of laundry to do (about 2 washer runs). I scheduled for 10am. They called me 1 hour before the scheduled time to confirm and update me on how that was going to work. The delivery person arrived right on time (to the minute... :) ), was super polite and well dressed. He brought bags with him. He weighted my laundry, gave me an estimate of how much it was going to cost and off he was. At 6pm the same day, I got a call to tell me my laundry was ready and leaving. 20 minutes later, I get a ring. Contact less payments on delivery, laundry smells good and all neatly folded. 100% will use the service again.
