Nice women who work here! There are usually many machines available ( atleast when I've gone) The place its self is kept clean. Prices of the machines are decent, although there is no hot water available to do your laundry. If there is one suggestion I can make, is to perhaps have someone who works there that can speak basic English, or is willing to speak to a customer in English.

The previous Tuesday, I had arrived at 5:40 pm because I did not know that the hours had changed due to the curfew. A lady explained to me that the laundry now closed at 6 p.m. and that I therefore did not have time to do a machine before closing (a washing cycle lasts at least 30 minutes depending on the settings). The following Tuesday, I therefore made sure to arrive before 5 p.m. (at 4:55 p.m. precisely) to have time to do a 30-minute machine and then a 15-minute dryer! The employee present (who is also the owner it seems to me) ran towards me, hardly had I crossed the door of the laundry, to tell me that it was too late to start a machine. Is that so ?! I pointed out to him that I had more than an hour left before closing time but he didn't want to hear anything! He kept telling me that between the washer + the dryer, it might exceed his schedule and that he was out of the question for him to leave after 6pm! I have seen this employee / owner more than ten times before, I even bought him detergent for my machines, yet he spoke to me like a complete stranger, grumbling and without saying hello or see again ! He seemed completely possessed to me, terrified of not being able to finish by 6 p.m. sharp, so rather than trying to calmly explain to him that I only needed 45 minutes in total for my laundry, I I preferred to leave the laundromat, making the decision never to set foot there again, even if it's the closest to my home. Such a lack of respect for the customer is unacceptable! (Original) Je suis allé plusieurs fois dans cette laverie et cela se passait plutôt bien, jusqu'à ce fameux soir du 19 janvier 2021... Le mardi précédent, j'étais arrivé à 17h40 car je ne savais pas que les horaires avaient changé en raison du couvre-feu. Une dame m'avait expliqué que la laverie fermait désormais à 18h et que je n'avais donc pas le temps de faire une machine avant la fermeture (un cycle de lavage dure au minimum 30 minutes en fonction des réglages). Le mardi suivant, j'ai donc fait en sorte d'arriver avant 17h (à 16h55 précisément) pour avoir le temps de faire une machine de 30 minutes puis 15 minutes de sécheuse ! L'employé présent (qui est également le propriétaire il me semble) a couru vers moi, à peine avais-je franchi la porte de la laverie, pour me dire qu'il était trop tard pour lancer une machine. Ah bon ?! Je lui ai fait remarqué qu'il me restait plus d'une heure avant la fermeture mais il ne voulait rien entendre ! Il me répétait qu'entre la laveuse + la sécheuse, cela risquait de dépasser son horaire et qu'il était hors de question qu'il parte après 18h ! J'ai vu cet employé/propriétaire plus d'une dizaine de fois auparavant, je lui ai même acheté de la lessive pour mes machines, pourtant il m'a parlé comme à un parfait inconnu, en rouspétant et sans dire ni bonjour ni au revoir ! Il m'a paru complètement possédé, terrifié par l'idée de ne pas pouvoir terminer à 18h précise, alors plutôt que de chercher à lui expliquer calmement que je n'avais besoin que de 45 minutes au total pour mon linge, j'ai préféré quitter la laverie en prenant la décision de ne plus jamais y remettre les pieds, même si c'est la plus proche de chez moi. Un tel manque de respect du client est inadmissible !

Where washing machines go to die. Expensive starts at 2$ regular machine, no hot water btw . Price can be as much as ,6$ For a machine that doesn't always complete it's cycle. It's a Washer and dryer cemetery, most are broken or will leave you having to switch machines mid cycle. The problem isn't over packing the machines as the owner suggests to clients. poor maintenance and upkeep on their behalf. Loud bearings , bad timers and even a bad capacitor. Machines are run down besides a recent wascomat normal load washer and heubsh. The rest are mixed bag of squealing bolts. Too bad , the staff is helpful and very welcoming. Not place is clean too.
