One of the cleanest laundry place I have ever been. They have the top quality huge commercial machines and dryers. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. For the dry cleaning, they listen very carefully with the instructions and clothes are back as if it’s a brand new one. Great service and a reasonable price!

We are not from London, ON. However, we recently spent the better part of an afternoon at New Life. "Why?", you ask. We were at a camp fairly close to London and decided that we would like to get our laundry done quickly and efficiently. After doing a quick Google search and reading the reviews we decided to go to New Life. The place is clean and bright. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are lots of machines and all of the amenities you might expect at a laundromat...not that I am a frequent user of laundromat establishments...and therefore, not an expert. That being said, I would recommend New Life Dry Cleaners and Laundromat to residents and visitors of London alike. I was pleasantly surprised and very pleased with the experience and service.

The staff are rude, I tried to purchase quarters with my debit and eas told it was a $2 charge! Never in my life have I heard of a business charging you $2 to use a debit machine. Dont go here find somewhere else, anywhere would be better then here!

This laundromat is very clean. The lady at the front desk is very friendly and helps everyone. Only takes me 40 min to dry 4 loads of laundry.

Usually my go to place as its around the corner from my house but just wanted to say the other day I rushed home from work so I could go do laundry because I know last wash is 7:30pm as they close at 9. pulled up at 7:20 and they were closing early because they had no one to work. I thought it was pretty unprofessional as you advertise a closing time on Google of 9pm. you're a business, you stay open until your advertised closing time.

Unprofessional and dirty. Poor prices and rules for machines change based on who you are.. I've noticed gossip between employee and customer and quite frankly some disgusting behavior towards folks of differing races and backgrounds. Save your time, effort and most important your safety! (I should also mention the refusal to exchange cash for quarters for the machine haha..)

doing my Laundry now & have many times before, great people & a great place, why I keep coming back!!! & yes, there is a laundry room in the building where I live. But I like every reason to leave my place & get out into my community & enjoy the "adventure." Don't matter if it's day or night, weather neither, people in the area can meet or keep to themselves as there are no worries. Adventure happens when people interact, at least for me :) & now they gotz the WIFI!!! Beer store a few doors down, Metro on the other end of this "L' plaza & accross the road, a Tim Horton's (coffee shop). What more do ya want? ;)

It is a best laundromat I found near by. It has sufficient Washing machine and dryers as well.staff is very co operative and it also offers alteration like buttons hamming,zippers and many more,it also offers dry cleaning for every thing .additionally it has also drop off facility which will help you with wash and fold of cloths with very reasonable prise.offeres you coin change with commercial machine Nd also customer service representative all the time will help you any time. Over all it will give you best experience.

Our washer is broken so I came here earlier to do about 4 regular loads of laundry and our bed linens. It was a great place! The machines were big enough that two loads did the trick for clothes. I was also able to fit all of the clothes into the massive dryer in the back. Everything came out smelling clean and was super dry. The clothes took about 45 minutes and the linens 25 minutes. I spent 25$ which I felt was very reasonable for how much laundry I did. The owners were very nice and helped me by giving change and came over to help when they noticed I was having trouble with a machine. Overall an awesome place to do laundry and I will definitely be back if needed. Below is a picture of the huge dryer.

I was looking for someone to do some repairs on a zipper. I called and had no idea that this location did any of this kind of work. Durgesh was fantastic to deal with, quick service, great work, and very reasonable prices. If you need any alterations or repairs done, do yourself a favour and go see these guys.

I go to new life laundry every week. The ladies are most helpful and friendly. The place is always clean, especially the machines , they have lots of machines, they have tv and game a machines to keep the kids happy while your here and the have free WiFi. I would definitely, in fact I do, recommended this place.

I'm the employee who was slandered on our website by a customer about not wearing a mask and not believing in the virus. I never said any such thing. No I don't wear a mask due to severe phobea. Everyone else must wear one ti protect all others. We take all safety precautions to keep our customers safe. We have had no other complaints. This person had an attitude when she came in. She stayed and also asked for my help with a machine and I ggladly helped her. If it was what she said she should have left and not posted the lie on our website. I do not look kindly to lyers. Please stay away from my place if business. I also was told by the health that I am within my right not to wear a mask due to this issue thank you so much...

This is the Best laundromat In London,Ontario. As, it is best rated in London. This laundromat has small and big washers and dryers as well. Well maintained laundromat with Dry cleaning facility and alterations also. Tim horton , metro , Domino's, beer store all nearby. Very friendly environment, Had a very wonderful visit and service there. Now I ll be regular to this Laundromat. If u you visit once i bet u all be regular to this laundromat. I would highly recommend you DO NOT come to this laundromat. Seriously most rude, obnoxious, employee ever, I can't speak for the others who work here but my experience on a quiet Thursday evening was extremely unpleasant and i will most definitely not ever be returning. Bad attitudes aside, every single machine I tried either was out of order or wouldnt take any of the change, even though it was the "proper" change given to me by the disgruntled man at the front, took three times as long as it should have just to get a single machine started. Disgraceful place, I'm genuinely shocked at all the 5-star reviews. Go to Star Laundromat on Oxford, or anywhere else really, unless you like wasting time on broken washing machines, losing money due faulty change slots and being harassed and treated like garbage by staff.

Dont go here. Employee refuses to wear face covering to protect public. She says covid 19 does not exist so she wont wear a mask. She doesn't want to wear one for 8 hrs she said. Please be safe and not go here. There is nothing protecting the public.

Helpful people and most of the time, plenty of machines are available (all depends on what time you come at really). They will also give you quarters for the machines if you need change. Doing laundry here is pretty affordable and enjoyable especially with the free internet.
