Best service I've received in a long time. They cleaned my daughter's coat after another cleaner in town left a toxic chemical residue smell on it. Fresh N Press truly is the only ecofriendly cleaner in town. Highly recommend!

I brought my 10 year old Canada Goose jacket here in November with amazing results! I have been getting my jacket dry or wet cleaned every year at different cleaners, but it never really looked or smelled any cleaner. I'm new to the area, so this was my first time trying Fresh 'N Press and my jacket is fresher and cleaner than it's been in years, without any gross chemical smells. The owner is also super helpful and just a really nice guy too.

They shredded the lining of my expensive wool/cashmere Aritizia Babaton coat. The other items looked worse coming out than they did going in and they smelled horrible. The owner tried to blame the damage on the age of the coat, when it was a special occasion/event/job interview coat. I have not even worn it the last couple years because it doesn't fit. I've kept very good care of it. It's a classic style that I could hold onto for decades, if they hadn't ruined it in ONE day. The owner had an answer for everything as to why I didn't deserve a refund. He said ok I'll give you a refund for only the coat. I said absolutely NOT. We kept arguing and finally he gave in. I've never felt so insulted in my life. No apologies were made. He offered to send my coat to their tailor to be "fixed". I was like, you're not touching anything of mine again!! I'm sure they'd charge me for that favour. DO NOT GO HERE!

My wedding dress was a mess when I brought it in – there were mud, food, spray tan and even some blood stains on it. Fresh 'n Press did an amazing job saving my dress!! It was absolutely perfect when I picked it up. And they stored it in such a beautiful box. I'll definitely be coming back again!

I was calling around London to dry clean my Canada Goose jacket, and all other companies were charging me $50+ but Fresh N Press charged me a fair $25. They didn't rip my off just because they knew how much the jacket costed. The employees were kind, the service was great and very professional, and I was very happy with my clean jacket. I will 100% be back. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND COMING HERE TO GET YOUR CANADA GOOSE JACKET CLEANED!

After trying four different cleaners in London, these guys always provided the best service, the best clean, and most importantly, the freshest, gentlest clean. My clothes used to smell like chemicals (and one suit didn't last very long with traditional dry cleaners) but whatever water based solvents they use at Fresh'n'Press make clothes last A LOT then normal.

I have been getting my down winter jacket cleaned here for several years and they have exceptional customer service and very high quality work. My jacket is like brand new, all of the old stains are removed, there is no smell at all (they do not use harsh chemicals). They have also opened earlier to let me pick up my jacket early in the morning to accommodate my work schedule before. Would highly recommend them to anyone and they will be staying open during the lockdown!

I live more than an hour away, but my London friend (recent bride) suggested to use Fresh N' Press, as my wedding gown stated wet cleaning over dry cleaning. My dress is FULLY beaded (Berta Bridal) and Fresh N' Press took amazing care, hand washed my dress, and allowed me to look at the dress before sending it back home with me. I am very impressed with how beautifully clean (and new) my dress appears, and how wonderfully careful and professional the staff was. I HIGHLY recommend Fresh N' Press, and will suggest any friends outside of London (like myself) take the drive to have such care taking of their dresses. Thank you!

I had a bad experience with them. I brought my best suit, and they creased it and wrecked the collar of the jacket. I then complained and they took a second attempt at it, but they only made it worse. To their credit they didn't charge me for it, but I am left with a damaged jacket that I can't wear to the same occasions anymore. I'll never go back to these cleaners. Proceed with caution. You have been warned.
