(Translated) Bad experience ... object badly washed because I went to the fire then full of object that I can not find any more. I just opened my Christmas tree for this year the smell of fire that it had! Just degeu opir instead you tell the insurance that it is just not recoverable but not instead of its I poke with a tree and all the decorations that smell of fire. PS I went to look for something at their office and then when I saw that they were cleaning the objects by hand with only soap. (Original) Mauvaise expérience...objet mal laver car j'ai passer au feu puis plein d'objet que je ne retrouve plus. Je viens d'ouvrir mon sapin de Noël pour cette année l'odeur de feu que sa l'avait ! Juste degeu opir a place tu dit au assurance que c'est juste pas récupérable mais non au lieu de sa je poyer avec un sapin et toute les décorations qui sent le feu. PS je suis aller chercher quelque chose a leur bureau puis quand j'ai vu qui nettoyaient les objet a la main avec seulement du savon.
