I have been inviting Crystal Clean into my home for years. They provide a reminder call the day before, on the day of the appointment they call to say they are on their way and arrive on time. They always discuss what treatment you are wanting and ask if there is anything special you would like done. I have a older lighter rug that is starting to show day to day wear. The guys treat the rug and then clean. They have been able to revive the wear areas to just about new. The work is completed efficiently and with care. If there any issues they discuss the issue before they leave and are willing to come back the next day if needed. They are in and out with minimal inconvenience. Plus there is a bottle of cleaner left for any touchups on unexpected spot that may happen by accident. I would highly recommend the fellows in Lethbridge.
