With all the rain we had, our walls started to leak, soaking our carpet in the bedrooms pretty good. Rob and his daughter came right away and helped out, even though it was 2:00 in the morning. We have used Crown Carpet Care twice now and both times we were very happy. This most recent time was before moving into our new home. The previous owners had several dogs, and we have a baby that is just learning to crawl, so we wanted to ensure the carpets were clean for our little guy to scoot around on. We had renters in our home and our property management company neglected to do a complete exit examination of our home. The carpet was left a mess. Rob came and made us feel at ease immediately, reassured us that he would be able to resolve our situation and went to work. I was amazed at how quickly the work was completed and how thorough a job he did. Rob even helped me move two heavy reclining sofas to clean under them. I have waited to write this review for a few days after the job was completed in order to review the work after the carpet dried. I am now even more impressed as now I can see that there are no patchy spots. I am very pleased with the work completed.
