Consumer beware!! I hired this company to do a post construction clean up. They outlined everything that would be involved in a post construction clean up, in detail, and then didn’t provide half of it. I told them I was unwilling to pay for services not rendered. As part of booking they invoiced me and required me to pay $1 as a deposit which I did. Then following services being “completed“ they proceeded to collect payment for $293 off of the same credit card WITHOUT my authorization and then had the gall to tell me that they do not process refunds and offered me 30% off the next service. They told me that would fix it but first, if they had done it right the first time they wouldn't need to come back, and secondly, I hired them the day before a tenant moving in for a reason so there was no time to fix. I expected it to be done right on the day that the service was provided. This company is unethical and unprofessional. I am so shocked that a business would conduct themselves in this manner.
