Aqua Steam came in to clean up an insurance job that another company failed miserably at cleaning. The other job left grey spots in one half the room and did a 70% job on a very soiled part of the carpet. I have no idea how the grey spots got there. Before the job started there were no grey spots. When Aqua Steam came on the job all of the grey spots were removed except two which they promptly scheduled a return trip to finish. The soiled spot was completely gone. All in all, if ever I need a professional carpet cleaner I would hire them in a second and not think twice about it because of their professionalism, cleanliness, extra care in protecting wall corners, etc. etc. Also, staff on the phone were very professional. Last but not least, the carpet was CLEAN. Jason thanks for a job well done!!!

My carpets are light colored and they were very diligent about cleaning it. They did not rush through the job but spent the time to ensure that all spots were dealt with. I had them clean my cream colored sofa which is now cream colored again. It is amazing how dirty upholstery can get but they cleaned it up nicely. They have cleaned our carpets and furniture. There was an unknown stain on the carpet in one of our rooms and even though it wouldn't come out the first time cleaning, they came back again and redid that area and it came out with no extra charge. About 7 months after we had them come in to do our carpets, we had to have them come in and clean a red stain...lol...with the minimum service charge they asked where else they could clean to make up for that charge. The service they give and their knowledge of floor/upholstery cleaning are quite impeccable. These people never let up. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND AQUA STEAM SERVICES. You won't be sorry. ????

Rob, personally will do everything in his power to look after your needs professionally. When he comes to your place he will be on time and prepared to do the job of cleaning your carpet. His equipment is very good and will do an amazing job. I personally have known Rob for now 4 years at which time I was involved with Rob, while doing our commercial carpet cleaning in our building. I can remember once when we had Rob clean our hallways and after he left a person had an accident on the carpet in the hallway. We immediately called Rob and he was back to clean up the spot with NO questions asked. Very good service beyond reason, I would say. Today I had him come to my home and clean the carpet in my living room. He again was prompt and prepared to do the job required. The job was excellent, we had some wear spots that we never thought would come clean, but to our amazement they came totally clean. You will be surprisingly amazed at his attitude and performance. The person from Aqu Steam arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He remeasured the family room as we had a sectional in one corner that we did not move that we did not have the last time the rug was cleaned and he reduced the area to be cleaned from what was on file. All the stains were removed to our liking and the carpet once again looks brand new. We were told that if any of the stains returned after the carpet dried out we could call and get someone to come and remove them although I do not think this will be needed. The carpet on the stair case was also very nicely cleaned. This is a local business that does a great job and has great employees. I have no reservations about recommending their services to others.

We had our carpet cleaned by Aqua Steam Services last week and they did an AMAZING job! They came out to the country and were timely and professional. They walked us through the carpet cleaning steps, especially where we had cat urine issues.
