What a great laundry mat. Extremely clean and many machines, that are quick. The lady who worked there was extremely helpful. There is a change machine and vending machines to buy soap and laundry necessities. They have a comfortable waiting area with chairs, television and access to free Wi-fi. A fresh pot of coffee and donuts were also offered .

For the last 2 yrs I've used the ( they wash, dry, fold, organize and itemize ( socks with undies, bath and hand towels, included all dress shirts on hangers and covered with saran like material. ) they even separate dish rags face cloths. For 1.28 lb all that is done , , makes it logical for me to drop and pic up . I give it 5 ☆☆▪s and have never had A complaint. To boot, all staff I've dealt with over phone and in person have been patient, content and efficient with service expected and some.Kudo to Business

I love it that there are different sizes of washing machine so you can combine 2 loads into one. Lots of space on the folding tables, and did I mention everything is clean, clean, clean, and bright?

It has washers for small, medium as well as large size. Same goes for the dryers as well. Based on card system which can be loaded via digital currency cards, it's easy to use interface. The person at the desk is also great in case of any guidance.

My experience at Soapy"s Joe's has been excellent. The staff member(s) have been helpful with how the machines work, feed a dryer if one losses their coins, one special occasion (Mother's Day) the attendant even transferred my clothes from washee to dryer while my daughter, her partner and i went out for lunch, and always busy keeping the store clean and tidy. So a huge amount of gratitude and a great big thank you for all who make sure my experience an excellent one. The laundry mate is so clean and tidy it makes me feel like it a laundry room away from home feel.

This is the best amusement park ever. My favourite ride was the one where it fills up with water, although it tastes a little soapy. Everyone there was so nice, they were saying things like "you're not allowed in there. For example when I was on the warm ride, someone said that's hot! Don't go in there! I loved it

Extremely disappointed and annoyed that the staff members cannot accommodate customers who need change for large bills. Absolutely atrocious! Being a very loyal customer for years it is terrible customer service. Ive been turned down 3 times!!! I realize that you should have the proper change before you do your wash but sometimes it's not possible. The facility is awesome and clean but if Soapie Joe's wants repeat customers then they should be willing to help out in times of need! Remember, word of mouth travels fast!

This is the Taj Mahal of laundromats. It is clean, comfortable, with TVs! The change machine is reliable. The staff top-notch and extremely friendly. Of course, the machines and dryers are super efficient. I never thought I would ever say this, but it was a pleasure to do laundry there.

A very nice,clean comfortable atmosphere with very polite and helpful staff available for any problems or questions regarding anything about how much you can put in a wide variety of different size washing machines for small size loads to large size loads that are big enough to wash your clothes very well!! It's definitely the best laundromat I have been to and would recommend them to anyone!

This is the best laundromat I have ever been to. Free wifi, free coffee, nice bathroom, nice staff and a really convenient card system where you dont have to mess around with change anymore. Also a nice area to sit and wait.

I love this place! It's clean with many different sizes machines. The dryers are huge, getting things dry in no-time Wash ranges from $ 3 for a regular load $ 4 (3 baskets) $ 6 (4 Baskets) $ 8 (6 large baskets) $ 18 (125 lbs of laundry!) Dryers are $.0.25 for 5 minutes

I almost died when I stepped inside! It's a fancy laundromat! Nice chairs, clean, trendy decor. There's even a parking lot and a kids playground! I didn't wash clothes here but I did drop off a suit to get dry cleaned. It was done overnight.

I've been searching all over Pembroke & surrounding area for a cheap but reputable washing service. At first glance, it seemed like this would be a place I could return in the future when a wash was needed. Pricing was very economic, lots of variety regarding wash sizes & cycles. The problem arose when I came back following a 25-minute wash, to find my dog entirely unresponsive (although the detergent sold here leaves a pleasant floral scent.) Would not recommend. 1/10.
