JUst went in the quick clean my brand new Mazda CX9, not only its a bad cleaning Job now the whole car is scratched. Recommend if you choose to go there check your car after the wash right away. No Manager on Side just a worker who could not care less.

SCAMMERS! Buying the full membership means only get 8 car washes. after paying, the guy tells me the 8 washes expire in a month. ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE does it day they are going to charge you EVERY MONTH! I went in and the attendant can't do anything not even get me in contact with their manager. I've gone to my bank to have the charges reversed and reported these guys for their scam!

I am regular customer to this location and never had issues. On Sunday the wash was so bad, on complain they again give a wash to my car and it was not cleaned again, on again complain Supervisor Oscar give me a card to contact the manager, I told him did they have any issue with wash today as they are spray manually some liquid on car around which never happens before. When I tried to call the number given on card, it was their office number and refuse to take the call.. No chance to go back again , not for poor wash but for their poor responsible behaviour by Oscar the supervisor present that time..

Reasonable speed wash. I bought the highest level of wash, and still it did not get the grime off the back of my vehicle. I had to take it to a hand wash to finish the job. Line does move quickly, however for 21.00, I would have expected more.

The wash is good but this location is inferior to the Surrey location. There is only one car wash compared to the surrey location with two. Also the exit of the car wash is right beside the entrance off Fraser, making the whole lot a fustercluck when it is busy and/or rush hour.

We purchased the top of the line car wash but it still didn't properly clean the front of our hood or our bumper. I called and spoke to the staff on-site who advised me to send an email to management. I did but they didn't bother to respond. About a week later I went online to their website and submitted a customer complaint, again no response. I don't believe management is committed to quality service as they haven't bothered to follow up with us despite our multiple attempts to resolve our concerns.

Went into this car wash last month and when I got home noticed my rear passenger panel was missing. I went back to the car wash and the attendant fished it out off the floor of the car wash. I made a claim and apparently the car wash said that my panel was already loose when I went in to their car wash. unfortunately I had to pay for a new panel myself $70.00 later. I will not go here again.... I own. 2016 CX-5 and it is a very nice car, almost new. I believe the car wash also scratched up the door panel when the piece came off. I've tried calling back the adjuster but she not interested in my claim. I'm very disappointed in the car wash business as they treated me as if I were some stupid female.

Finally a a way to quickly wash my car that actually gets it clean. Yeah It costs $20 for a premium wash but even a week later my tire shine is still keeping my tires looking nice and the wax is still beeding water off my windows. My new fav carwash.

Best Car Wash hands down. When you're not in the mood to wash your car by hand at home, this is where you need to go. Pricing is good and the system really cleans unlike the typical gas station car washes. My car is white and I'm pretty particular about my car, this is the first time I've ever complimented a car wash. Thanks for the great service and pricing SpeedWash!

This place looks good, but does not leave your vehicle looking good at all. I was lied to by the attendant and the system did not clean my car. I choose the full service option at over $28 and my wheel wells and sides of the car came out filthy dirty. To make matters worse the attendant pulled out a rag and started wiping the sides off my vehicle smearing the dirt on the paint scratching the finish. This place is just a big rip off with a bunch of disreputable lairs running it. We don't want businesses like this or people like this in Langley. DON'T GO HERE. have to put an undeserved 1 star to post this.....

Horrible car wash. The dryers don’t work properly, and it didn’t rinse off the soap on my car. By the time I got home, there was frozen soap all over it. I had to wipe my car down by hand and a bunch of dirt came off on the cloth. I won’t be back.

Fantastic I got my truck washed here Monday morning as I was pulling out of the lot I can see an employee running towards me in my rear view mirror I thought I had damaged something but he tells me theirs soap on the back of my truck and on my windows and to come around for a free rinse not only that but the young man even inspected my truck after the rinse to make sure their wasn't any soap. Now he could have ignored the problem but he made sure I was satisfied before leaving the lot exceptional service the downside is I find its hard to go around the turn on the exit without having to backup.

I like this wash. It's still second place in my books to Shine AutoWash in Vancouver, but in Langley it's #1 for sure. The staff are generally helpful, but not really committed to the best service possible. They mostly seem kinda unenthusiastic to be working there. I'm aware that it's a limitation of every auto car wash, but they can never seem to get underneath my vehicles overhang at the back or the side view mirrors. Not to mention my rims. I was told by staff that the wash is designed to only do the tires. That's kinda BS in my opinion. Someone should really do a but of a redesign to get a more complete wash. All in all, it's the best automatic wash you can find, but not the best wash ever.

Wouldn’t recommend this place. Paid $25 for the best (extra dirty option) yet there was so much dirt which wasn’t washed. There are still visible soap suds that we’re not rinsed. I would give them a zero if I could. My truck was washed in 1 minute or maybe less.

Best carwash in Langley. Expect, the late night attendant was not very helpful. The POS was out of thermal paper, and asked the late night attendant for a copy. The attendant seemed annoyed with the request, and told me I should have notifited him before pulling forward to the spot where he greeted me. Did not provide me with a recipt, and changed the carwash setting after I paid, and unfortunately overpaid for cheaper wash. Most disappointed. Tried to send an email from their website to notify MGMT, but it wouldn't subit due to the server not being able to recognise my valid email address. To surmise, pay, proceed, don't ask any questions.

Nice Carwash. My son just loves going through. This is not a touchless carwash, it has brushes that make contact with your vehicle. That being said, it does an excellent job. The price ranges from $7 - $23 depending on what is included in the wash. The $7 basic wash is great for a touch-up, but if your car is really dirty you may want to spend more.

Great looking car wash. Did the winners circle wash for my truck. The wash and brushes destroyed my running boards. Pealed the paint off them. I don't do this wash anymore, I now do touch-less and hand wash. You are not covered for damaged caused by a car wash. All it takes is dirt or a rock or a wire and your paint can be destroyed.

I got frustrated because because nothing was happening and was also in a rush since the process takes an extremely long time. so i had to leave without getting anything done. Would not recommend this place. they should have employees there if something like this happens.

Really nice place to get a car wash. In and out very fast. If you need a decent car wash in like 4 mins or less. This is a great place to go. Unfortunately sometimes when you get a car wash there are still small dirty spots and even small ( Dry ) spots on the car. Hope soon they can fix that problem but not hard to grab a wipe and do the finishing touches your self.

The beauty of a high school carwash quality, combined with the cost of a top of the line touch less car wash and some extra scratches and you have this place to a T Premium wash with the added rain-x was $25 the crew working the front of the wash didn’t scrub the rear of my suburban, the wash was only 1min 25sec long. The vehicle was still dirty with shiny spots. I spend another 10 min once I got home cleaning the out side of my vehicle finding new marks from the wash. I’ll stick to the other wash place in my area.

Save your money and go elsewhere!!! For 12$ I still had a dirty vehicle once it dried. I returned to request to get run through again and the attendant said he’d have to review the video footage of my vehicle coming out of the wash, he said “ it looked clean coming out” well of course it did ! It was wet!! It dried covered in soap water spots on the glass the sides and especially the rear end of the vehicle looked a mess of where the water ran off but dried dirty. It costs approx $1.60 to the owner to put a car through the wash, crazy that they wouldn’t just say sure go through again, and have a happy customer. I had much better things to do with my time than return to the Speedwash, but I won’t make that mistake again, take your business elsewhere!!!!! There’s an Esso car wash a minute away that actually does a good job, go there!!

Today the minimum wage went up approximately 9.5% in British Columbia. This evening I went to the Langley location for my typical $7 wash, primarily for removing sea gull droppings and windshield bugs. Much to my surprise and chagrin it is now $9. This represents an increase of 28.5 %. Since the minimum wage increase will no doubt be considered contributory, reality overwhelmingly suggests price gouging. There are those who will agree that $7 isn't unreasonable for what was minimally done. I started using this wash when it initially opened. I used the more expensive washes in the beginning but quickly concluded that the benefit didn't do enough to justify the considerable extra cost. Also in the beginning my vehicles were well rinsed, void of any remaining soap and it was not necessary to towel off residual water. That very quickly changed to the point it became commonplace for soap to remain and the dryer was laughable. When I corresponded with one of the owners, he contradicted my statement that the altered accelerated pace through the wash had contributed to this outcome. He also said, now get this, each vehicle has different sizes and shapes and the blow dryer system will not dry all identically. No kidding. !!!!! Except this was the same vehicle and I hadn't noticed any change in its original design, ie: size and shape. 1 hr ago I departed the car wash. My car is a Ford Escape with the following outcome, bugs remained on the windshield, the rear tailgate had little sign of its being blown dry, the dryer kicked in before the spray wash had a chance to remove the soap remaining visible on the hood and windshield, the hood was covered with water bubbles like a severe case of the measles, and I had to use my wipers to be able to see clearly ahead. And..... it only cost me an extra $2 for this "service". Unfortunately this business started with the potential of being a great service. Not only did the increased pace through the wash diminish quality, the price increase is insulting. It begs the question: did employees receive a 28.5 % wage increase or just the legislated, mandatory increase of 9.5% ? We all know the answer!

I go here regularly for a wash, my experience is that you get the most for your money with the $7 and $10 wash options ($10 for the underbody wash in the winter), the top washes don’t seem to make a noticeable difference to me. People need to adjust their expectations for automatic car washes, they’ll simply never be as good as a hand wash or professional detail, but for what you get this is the best place to go, I’m a happy customer.

My car was quite dirty so I got the package with all the bells and whistles. Both front and back bumpers and some other random spots appeared untouched. Exterior mirrors and door handles were also quite dirty. Wonder how the basic package would have performed. Premium package was definitely not worth the money. Will they the basic package once and update.

Terrible service. Avoid this wash if you can. Requested bug spray and attendant said he could not see any bugs (this conversation as I am being moved into wash.) After wash I returned to office to see if they could do the car again to get the bugs off front of car. He refused. I was told they there is some sign saying they don't guarantee a good wash??? Not great for the $17. Will never return.

Great car wash for how fast and how much you pay. Love it but it does not wash your car completely. There are still spots and even dry spots. But not that noticeable something you can touch up with a wet rag. Overall 4 star rating

I got the $20 package plus extra cleaning but the car still came out a bit dirty and the under carriage didn't get washed at all. It was fast but not any better than a regular car wash.

First time I got the cheap $8 wash, had to touch up my vehicle after, wasn't clean in curvy areas eg near door bottom, license plate, door handles. 2nd time I bought the $20 wash...no better, still had to finish washing vehicle. Suds are pretty tho!

Amazing carwash! Cheap pricing and you're through in minutes. Actually does a really good job of cleaning the outside of your vehicle. Usually the automated ones don't, but this did a good job, even on the wheels.

For starters, the only good thing about the wash was there was actually an attendant there at 8PM. Other than that, awful: The wash bent my front license plate because of how it is mounted (never had this issue with washes before). With this being the case, I expected at least all of the dirt from the road trip I just went on to be gone. Save yourself a headache and simply use the wash at the Mobil 1 on 64th in Langley.

Went through this car wash last week as I frequently do. The sensors must be out of alignment because it ripped my rear tail light out and dented my truck in multiple spots. Was just told to go through ICBC, needless to say NEVER going back.

Went for a car wash today “winners circle” even paid extra for the extra dirty option. Got home noticed my car was still dirty and lots of water spots from the wax. The tire shine only shinned half of the tire and half is dual still there is also shine splatter on my sidewalls from the shine. Don’t waste your money the only winners is speedwash for $25 you would expect your car to be clean.

Never using this car wash again and ppl don't go to it they will trick u and make u think you're getting a one month free trial of 6 $25 car washes. Then when that one month is up they will start charging your credit card from there one when you DID NOT give authorization for them to do so! Speedway needs to be burned to the ground!!!!

Paid 16 dollars for a wash that left my mirrors coated in foam, and a 12 inch dirt spot on my door that should have been impossible for the machines to miss.. paid for the extra dirty soak too. Very un-impressed for what I paid.

Getting the car washed is quick and easy. My car gets a good cleaning too. The blowers though don't really get the car dry fast enough as the car moves pretty fast through the track before the blowers can dry anything. Overall, I recommend this for a quick car wash.

My family of three have been going to this location since the day it opened religiously every week. Never mind we have promoted this business to friends and family numerous times in the past. Going forward, we pulled in on the weekend as per usual and mid way through the wash the system shuts down. We drive around and advise the employees of this to which they tell us to pull in and they will run us through again. We pull in and they just give us a rinse not a wash. I advise the fellow hey we only got a rinse and not a wash can you run me through a wash, so it can finish or I will pay again to have a full wash. The guy says no that was our screw up go through this time and it will work. So again, we go though and low and behold all we get is a rinse. Move ahead twenty minutes at least and we have now gone through three times of which two are rinse only. I am now irritated along with my wife and we swing around now for the fourth time and blurt out hey are we getting a full wash or not? This is where the mindless employees looks at my truck and says" looks clean to me" to which I say ya know we come through here weekly with three vehicles so give me a full wash or I am never returning to which he gets the stupidest looks on face and says nope! Now being a business owner myself I ask give me the manager/owners contact info as I would like to voice my displeasure being that we are loyal customers. the employees gives me this and we leave pissed right off. I contact the owner 10 minutes later as we need some down time from the stupidity and he advises oh yes, I told him to give you a free wash can you go back? I said no, I cannot go back, I have places to be. His reply is OK thanks for letting me know about this and that's it. Not can I have your email address or contact info and I will send over a code so the next time you go through its covered. As I stated to him there are way too many options out there today and we will not be back. Spend your money elsewhere people its not worth the grief.

My car is still dirty and the wash damaged my car by ripping off the GPS/sensor cover you find on the top of vehicles. The part was found in the wash Bay and was told I would have to go through ICBC to cover the damage. Will not go back.

I had mediocre experience here. For the price it didn't even remove break dust from wheels. So can't recommend this wash, there are better options around for that cost.

Amir the operations manager was simply amazing, i had an issue of bugs hardening on the front hood of my car after a recent road trip that the wash while cleaning my car almost entirely was built not to take off bugs (pressure neesed would mess up the paint) Not only did this man gladly grab a towel and help remove them he shared his knowledge of exactly what works and what to look for in stores should i want to do it myself. Extremely friendly and personable! This place will be my go to from here on out amazing service.

Literally just visited this car wash for a quick clean up 45 minutes ago. I wasted $20 with an added extra to have my car washed, my car is still dirty and the rims are still black. ???? As a student who has no time to hand wash the car themselves, I rely on a drive thru wash to help me out in a pinch. Save yourself the money and pay someone to do it for you if you have no time!

I wish this was this was a positive review but it was by far the worst car wash experience I’ve ever encountered. Not only did they damage the hood, sides and back end. I came here to simply get my car washed and ended up leaving with a substantial amount of damage. Not worth it!
