The process from initial quote to completion of the project was handled in a timely professional manor. The team were incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. They took great care of my property, they worked around many plants, flowers, and other delicate obstacles with zero damage. The soft wash system that they use on the siding is amazing as it cleans the siding without risking water penetration behind the siding or damaging the surface. Overall I cannot believe I've not washed the exterior or the home prior to this. The impact is overwhelming. I highly recommend Revive Washing for this, as there process and attention to detail are outstanding.

Their customer service is head and shoulders above anything I have encountered anywhere else, from any kind of business. I first came across them because they called my number by mistake to give a quote to someone else. We happened to need our gutters cleaned and after checking them out online, I messaged them and asked for my own quote - which they gave me promptly. We, however, were busy with life and didn't act on the quote. I have never seen such a system of friendly follow up emails asking about the the job and if we had made a decision. (And I have specialized in small business marketing for a long time!) My husband originally thought we would go with the people who we used last year for gutter cleaning but because of Revive's consistent friendly follow up decided to go with them. They were able to help me make a decision on colours by showing me lit samples of their lights and sample homes they have done. It seems rare today to have your expectations exceeded in the service industry these days but I am happy to announce that these guys did it. The first thing that surprised us was the very reasonable price quoted to do all the work we needed done as we have a 3400 sq ft home that is 3 stories high on 2 sides, has lots of windows, a good sized deck and a large driveway. Trust me, our home exterior was an embarrassing mess that was pretty black on one side. They showed up exactly when they said they would be there, and were exceptionally polite and courteous and professional in all they did all day...and yes it was a big job and took all day as they said it would. The results at the end of the day were amazing. Windows crystal clear, vinyl siding looking new, driveway clean as can be, deck which had been green and black on white railings and deck, spotless. They even did some cleaning that wasn't even asked for or quoted, our small concrete deck and walkway behind the house. The price at the end of the day was exactly as quoted and we are a very happy customer. And just in case you're wondering, we just happened to find them on the internet and liked what we saw on their website. These folks will not disappoint you. Thanks again guys!!

We had our gutters and roof cleaned by two members of Revive. We weren’t sure what to expect from the soft wash method to clean the roof. We all have those jobs around the house that are better left to those who love being up tall ladders. I called and was able to do an estimate on line as they use google maps to scope out the location. The price seemed fine so a date was set. About 45 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive the phone rang and I missed the call. When I saw it I called the number back to learn they were running 1/2 late. Not a problem, we know if your appointment is at the end of the date that is a likely issue. They arrived about an hour late and set up. John was able to clean our gutters on relatively short notice. The late fall leaves had clogged the gutters and water was spilling over the top and splashing on the siding. The gutters were cleaned by hand so there was no mess that would have been created be blowing out the gutters with air or water. Drains were also checked to make sure they were not clogged. Fantastic job by the Revive Washing team. We had the whole house cleaned top to bottom (gutters, siding, trim, windows) and all our exterior hard surfaces (decks, patios, etc). To say it was overdue would be an understatement but David and his team were up to the challenge. They attacked it full force and got our house shining again. Our home sparkled after being power washed by this team. They were prompt, courteous and professional throughout the whole process. Had this company come out to do repairs to my gutters after they cleaned them. Had problems with one of the corners leaking, and a down pipe was broken away from the gutter, which the employee said he could fix. After first wet weather corner leaked again and Revive was contacted. I was told they would come out and check re the problem but I would be charged $85 if repairs were worked on. This would be on top of the $278.25 already charged!!! STAY AWAY!! DO NOT REFER!!
