Had a ton of laundry to do. I went to the front counter to ask for $20 in change that was going to be paid with my debit card. The guy at the front counter wouldn't give me more than $10 he actually started arguing about it, then he just started repeating "20 dolla" like an Idiot. I was nothing but nice to him when I first walked in. I actually had to walk across the parking lot to the grocery store to ask for change. Besides the rude staff, the guy overcharged for soap (the cheap, powdered stuff), and the dryers are super slow too. Needless to say, I would have needed way more than $10 to do my laundry. I have not been there ever since. I now go to another laundromat with newer machines and frendlier staff too. It's farther than this one, but I'd rather pay for a few bucks of extra gas per month than deal with the unfriendly staff at this place.

Stands over you watching how much you put in, and he's within 3 ft of you. Dryer takes over double the time as anywhere else to dry satisfactorily. Avoid if possible.

Been going here for months- never been a huge fan of over-powering soaped or dirty/grungy-looking laundromats but this one helps raise the dignity level. Great place, service and help. And they're friendly back!

They don’t even deserve one star. The guy was so rude they just want to make money by increasing your loads and always walk around people to disturb them and don’t even follow social distancing.they don’t even understand the difference of “I know”and “No”

Friendly and Accomodating. It's a family business. The place is a bit small compared to other Coin Laundy shop. Price is fair, 2.50 for 25 mins wash as of this writing. Accepts drop in service.

I have been coming here for a couple years now. The owners are super friendly, it’s the cleanest laundromat I have seen around. The rates are cheap and for those that want there is also a drop off service. They have simple requests and I don’t think it’s rude that they ask people to adhere to them. I would like to rate 0 stars but that's not an option. I can't believe they wanted to charge me $12.00 for me to wash and dry 1 double blanket. Which would have in turn been $48.00 for my 4 blankets I needed to wash, so I went to Guildford and got everything done for $26.00. I will not be returning.

I brought my duvet and all my bedding to Kascades for an emergency cleaning after my cat peed on my bed. The bedding was filthy and stinky. Lucy and Johm at Kascade got the stains and odors out of all my bedding. My bedding was clean, fresh smelling and neatly folded by the next day ready to be picked up by the next day. I would highly recommend going here to Kascades if you need help with any stains or stubborn odors. They were fantastic!

Had 1 load of laundry and they tried to make me do half a load, then dry, then another half load & dry. The dryers are industrial size and they wouldn't even allow 1/3 of the dryer to be filled because it would be 'too heavy' and break the machine. They are just looking to scam your money. Will never return.

The machines are always clean. And the couple that run it are super friendly. If you have an issue they will usually just gve you a free wash without much issue

(Translated) Efficient but expensive service, 1 large washer only at $ 6 the others are small and contain little laundry per load. .. at $ 2.50 each, it's expensive to wash clothes for 2 adults for 1 week. I'm not talking about drying it next ..... (Original) Service efficace mais cher , 1 grosse laveuse seulement à 6$ les autres sont petites et contiennent peu de linge par brassées. .. à 2.50$ chacunes, sa reviens cher laver le linge pour 2 adultes pour 1 semaine. They have got new owners recently. They are very friendly and helpful. They have drop off service which I loved. They did my laundry and I pick up my laundry 6 hours later. They fold my clothes and it was very neat and clean. Had great experience here and highly recommend to other fellow mates who don’t have time to do laundry by themselves.

Use the drop off service for work clothes so I don't foul my home machine. Weeks worth of pants, shirts and a few coveralls always cost less than $15 and done within 24 hours.

It’s been using this laundromat about six months and I found people here are wonderful. We are in Pandemic and I do worry about COVID even though I got double dose vaccine. This Laundromat still follows physical distance and it is extremely clean compare to the other laundromat I been to. Highly recommended by me.

Small machines. Too expensive. $50.00 for three sleeping bags and two loads of laundry. Most of it not even close to dry either. Sorry ???? Thumbs down on this one
