Initially Jason was very helpful and gave me a detailed explanation and also suggested I treat for spiders ahead of cleaning which I did. When I returned home I acknowledged the house looked many times better than it did initially and also noted a few areas where more attention was needed due to grease and whatever substance they used left residue. He advised he would come back and wash by hand which is over and above the standard service. I paid the invoice in full based on the agreement we had and have not heard or seen any of his guys at my residence since. Just make sure expectations are met from both parties before proceeding and when he says some “spider poo” is Impossible to remove, that means all of it.

Oddly enough I had called a competitor to get a quote, they had a catchy name and a nice website... sadly that company didn't call me back for 3 days (the job was completed before they called me back). My impatience got the best of me, so I looked for another service provider. Voila, Gorilla. It was a Saturday, so I left a message for a call back and Jason called me within an hour. He came to my home, accessed the job (I needed my gutters cleaned), quoted me a fair price. He said he'd come back on Monday morning... he showed up with his helper, on time and prepared. He quoted me a fair price and completed the job safely & quickly. I'd highly recommend Jason @ Gorilla to do any kind of property maintenance, in my case gutter cleaning.

Had Vernon Gorilla Property Service clean my gutter but upon my inspection that had not done one side of my house. When I sent my concerns, the denials started which lead to saying it was my fault as I waited two days after the work was completed to go up on a ladder to check. They never did provide me the pictures to prove they had done the work. I would not recommend them.

very dishonest and shady. My window got damages by this guys and they were informed the very same day. Paul tried to remove the scratches himself the next day and couldn't so i was referred to another company by them to get an estimate for scratch removal . As soon as i sent them the quote, they started to deny the whole damages. its interesting that even the company they recommended also agreed that scratches were caused by them and the angle that they cleaned my windows. My unit is brand new so for them to say scratches must be there prior to their visit is a joke.. 9 months of back and forth emails between my strata company and them and they don't even honer their own promise to take care of a mess they created. MAKE SURE to monitor them when they clean your property and take as many picture as possible if you see anything. obviously they are very good at lying about their poor work so make sure to document everything! you have been warned!

Unfortunately we have to leave this review for Troy so other people can know our negative experience doing business with him. We approached Troy in early May for business to business services and he ended up using our services for June and July until we suspended his service. It’s been near impossible to communicate with him as he barely answers our calls and rarely responds to text. If he responds he avoids giving us answers about payment. He has been giving us the run around for a while. We even offered to trade for his services if he couldn’t afford to pay us. We did our best to provide him with good service and he knows it (even provided him with proof of the services). I would not recommend doing business with Troy.
