I love this laundromat!! It is a bit small, but there ALWAYS seems to be a machine available!! Prices are great!! Lower than a couple other mats I've used. The staff is friendly, and helpful, and thier facility is always clean. One of the features that makes this laundromat a "plus" in my books is that it is located in Fleetwood Village, so if you have other errands to do, you're in the right place!!

Not a bad place at all! Some washers are a little pricey but it's in a good location and generally friendly staff. The reason I don't give a full 5 stars is there is one attendant working there that I dont care for. This person is always turning up the heat on my dryer to hot when I don't want things to shrink.. and you're a laundromat! If someone wants change you should give it to them whether it's for a $5 or a $20 bill.

I've been coming here for a few years now. The woman owner is always working hard to help others find dryers during the busy times and remembering who is there first. I find her and her daughter (I'm assuming) to be super friendly and helpful. They always have a lot of change. I did not realize some laundromats don't even carry change so that is nice cause I never have the right change.

Great place to do laundry! A clean space, with a large amount of machines for both washing and drying ones clothes or garments. Just be prepared for the occasional wait at peak hours. A great option for those in Fleetwood without a washer or dryer!

I understand that they don’t want us to wash pet beds in there but they should put a note at the front . I put my dog’s bed in the machine and put the coins as well when the guy started telling me that I can’t wash animal stuff here. I said no problem but “you should put a note” . He kept saying “No,No animal stuff”. Save time by going somewhere else.

There is one skiny asian worker , very rude and disrespectful, got no manners how to talk. Interrupting customers again nd again like dude of course we know how to close the washer or when to put the cloths in dryer. Please try to talk more nicely

Made the trek out from PoCo because google had said it was open til midnight. It's not. It closes at 8:00 Monday to Friday and 7:30 Saturday and Sunday. I gave it a star above the lowest rating just in case the place is decent and the owner is just technically challenged.

Always clean and friendly, though some customers are rude and expect them to stay open late. People need to have the courtesy to ask, "do I have time to start my laundry?" They have lives outside of their job too.

The prices here are very expensive compared to everywhere else. 2.75 compared to 2.00 alot of other places. I guess that's the price you pay to get that extra half hour of laundry slsrvice since every place in this damn area closes at 8. As well, they don't have free WiFi here... BS

I asked for some change for a big machine and the lady working provided me with quarters. I went to use the machine and it only took loonies. I asked for loonies instead and she started yelling at me because I didn't understand what she was saying. She wouldn't stop yelling even after I asked her to stop. She accused me of stealing loonies when I asked for change. I have better things to do than to rob a laundromat of $6 in loonies. Worst experience ever. She was rude to most of the customers and seems too flustered to be working there. If I could give them no stars, I probably would.

Don’t bother, owner is very rude and the dryers are set low so it takes extra time and of course money to dry anything. Owners attitude will most definitely not having me going back anymore.

Triple load machine for 4 bucks, gets all my laundry done in one shot. There is someone here to give you change and give change back for Bill's. Dryers are so cheap 25 cents for 5 mins. Good place to do laundry really quick. Parking lot kinda sucks, 2 people hit my car with there doors. Not laundry mats fault just bad drivers in the area that didn't speak English. But I would recommend this place just park little further away.

The attendant guy does not have manners, tone of voice RUDE!....talks rudely and no customer service at all. I was there to dry up clothes d/t our dryer breaking down. After I have loaded up two loads....he yelled from a distance that I am allowed to use only two. I was a paying customer and not hugging all the dryers. And besides, I had down jackets that I plan just to run in the dryer for 5 mins....if he knew customer service he could have come to me to tell me in consideration of other people that are washing and gave me a max. time limit after assessing what is going on with the other clients. He insisted that I'll tie up the dryers for 30 mins. when that is absolutely false....jumping to conclusion without talking to me in a nice way. In compliance, I just used two dryers....timed the other 6 that were not in use....they were not in use for the whole 30 mins. I will go to another laundry mat next time.

2.75 to was a double load and 2.25 to dry . Love this place . Close by and lots of good shops near by for the 30 min down time . Very convenient place to do laundry and facilities are always clean :-)

Very good customer service! Professional, honest, and friendly staff. Convenient location. Prices are better than nearby laundromats. Drop off service is great. I have had one small issue but they owned up to the mistake immediately and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Overall the best laundromat I've been to by far! Would definitely recommend.

Prices are pretty standard and I like they layout of this place. It's not as crowded as many others. They actually enforce the no folding your clothes rule during Covid as well, unlike some places. One thing you need to know is that if you're even one minute late, they can remove your clothes from the machine and charge you $1 for every machine they emptied. There are no signs warning of this. If there were signs, it would be more understandable, but surprise fees are not cool. This was my favorite laundromat but I'll be checking out others now because I don't like that. Still posting 4 stars because there are other positive aspects of this place. Also note the parking right in front of the laundromat is only 60 minutes.

Like the machines better than most other places and it’s been a good place when I come on weekdays. Have had rude staff on weekends (tossing money when making change, hollering and annoyed at other patrons). Fellow women, be wary of some pervy fellow patrons. Poor parking (narrow and short spaces) so park over by TD and walk over if you’re concerned about your doors getting scratched.
