We had used Bernie in the Spring and we’re quite happy with the service & results. So when our carpets needed a touch up recently he was the first person we contacted. However our interaction this time was VASTLY different then our prior experience. Firstly he didn’t show for the appointment time, when I contacted him about his whereabouts a missed email was the reasoning. No worries, it happens I thought. He offered to come by within the hour. When he eventually showed he forgot the tool to clean our tile entryway and in fact left the tile in WORSE condition after dragging the wet hoses and equipment out. So not only did they not get cleaned but were left completely FILTHY. During the carpet cleaning process he was grunting, groaning and swearing under his breath the entire time. He also took a couple phone calls and was extremely rude to whomever was on the other end and was swearing at them as well. He left two of our walls very damaged by the hoses. Paint chips and drywall were left all over our floor and the corners of the walls are all chewed up. When he was paid and leaving he said “good now I can get back on schedule”….he was obviously in a terrible mood and rushed having missed our scheduled time. Regardless his behaviour was extremely unprofessional and his rush to get the job done left us with damaged walls. Won’t be using his services again.

I honestly can't say enough about Bernie w/EcoClean...Hes been at our house a couple of times for cleaning and we are 100% satisfied when he leaves. He's Honest, Friendly,Careful, Reasonable and Cost Efficent.. Its an unsettling time to have people in your home but Bernie was very professional and Respectible to social distance and wore a mask..I felt completely safe having him in our home. Thank You!!
