I dropped off an expensive wool mattress pad for cleaning, when I picked up, they had destroyed it by washing it incorrectly. They offered to replace the value of the item, MINUS THE CLEANING FEE! And to top it off, the offered me the replacement from the brand website in CDN$ even though the listed price was USD, so for my $350 mattress pad, they gave me $250, as that is what is on the site. Minus $50 cleaning ?!?!?!?! So now I am out $100 and have to order a new one. Very unprofessional and wrong. Will be going back to get my difference paid out in full....

All I can say is AWESOME! They saved my bacon on an emergency job. I needed hemming on one leg fixed and a dry cleaning on my only suit for my brother's wedding and I needed it done in 1 days time. They went above and beyond to serve me and that's why I recommend these people to help you too. Well done City Center Drycleaning and ThankYou!!!

Almost lost my husband's shirts. We were supposed to have an event and I dropped off 2 shirts at this place to clean them. When I came to pick them up I was told the shirts were not ready cause their press machine was broken. Nobody called me to let me know that there's a delay. Our event was the following day, so I was promised that the shirts will be ready next morning. My husband came to pick them up but they were lost. A lady spend HALF AN HOUR LOOKING FOR THEM AND NO RESULT! My husband had to wear something else for our event. I came there one more time the following week and another lady was finally able to find the shirts. And guess what? THERE WERE STAINS on cuffs. The lady told me I could leave the shirts and they would clean them one more time... after they almost lost the shirts and still didn't do their work properly. SHE STILL ASKED ME TO PAY!!! She gave me phone numbers of 2 owners to speak regarding the issues and maybe they would let me not to pay, but nobody answered on both numbers. NEVER COMING THERE AGAIN!

Don't waste your time and money. These guys provide terrible dry cleaning service, I got my shirts back with stains. And no customer service whatsoever.
