Last year I decided to purchase and install lights on my house. After some research I hired a company that offered good value (at least that is how it looked). Had the job done, taken off after the season pass and light stored in my garage - no problem. This year in October I called them to schedule installation for this season, only to learn that they increased their price almost 75%. I understood that the Covid19 disrupted a lot of things, but I thought that was way too much. After I saw the Big Shot Pressure Washing reviews on Google I decided to give them a call and I don't regret. Collin took his time to explain to me in a professional manner the process and the steps in details, making me feel confident that I am in good hands. He explained that they use the best materials available and install up to code. As they weren't to install their own lights, I was explained that the process might take longer than usual and they might use some extra connectors or cables if needed, resulting in extra charges. The team did a good job although it took four extra hours for them to figure out how the last year company installed the light and to correct their mistakes (I was told that they installed connectors with reverse polarity and I was lucky my installation didn't catch fire - so as in many cases, cheaper is never better). I am pleased with the level of professionalism this company has to offer and I am looking forward to do business with them from now on.

The crew was booked to come out on June 21st, but was able to fit my place in to an opening that came up on May 17th. We just got an extra month of clean house! Had them do the works. Gutters, soffits, siding, windows, and they were done within a couple hours. Looks great. Missed one window, but offered to come and make sure it was done. DIY Small Home Projects

I had big shot come and do some work on house and driveway of the house I just bought. My driveway was a mess and by mess I mean it was black. As they were doing the driveway the difference even as they were working was like night and day. My house came out exactly the way I had hoped as well. I am so impressed with the customer service and quality of work that they do. To top it all off it is all done using the soft wash technology. High pressure was not required. Colin and his team left our driveway, sidewalk, patio paver stairs, 6 x 6 wood posts and ties, large patio paver deck, fencing, gazebo and over 30 ft trellis, all in sparkling clean condition after years of accumulation of algae and moss, all for a very reasonable price! And in a very timely manner! Our garden trellis had years of algae, dirt and moss underneath overgrown wisteria and needed to be cleaned for overdue painting. The trellis is very detailed with finishing woodwork. Colin's team spent the time necessary to get all the dirt and grime and leave it ready for painting. There's no question he and his team go above and beyond to ensure the customer is more than happy. Colin's pleasant and honest demeanor creates trust and a good working relationship! The house looks so much better; it had been three years and there was some algae on the upper siding, as well as some grease from the BBQ on another area.
