Absolute worst customer service for a gas station in a tourist place. The young redhead girl at the cash register was mean for no reason. A good location close to the highway and easily accessible when we lodged at Lake Louise inn. The staffs are quite nice and their restrooms are clean and well maintained. The only downside is that the prices of some of their products are a bit too expensive. While I understand that the remoteness of the location adds to it, i still believe they could do better.

This location has the only propane between Golden and Canmore apparently. They know that and charge even more than regular gasoline. The price is almost criminal if you ask me, especially considering they know you’ll be stuck when you’re driving a big propane fuelled RV. On top of that, we had visited in the afternoon and were told that no one was working who could fill our tank... they didn’t mention the price at this point and we stayed nearby for the night (unplanned) just to get propane in the morning. When we arrived to fill up in the morning, the staff member was super friendly and warned us propane was overly expensive, which I really appreciated beforehand since there’s no way we would fill a 250L tank at that price. I've been a Petro Canada customer for years, not Lake Louise, but everywhere. I’ll avoid now on principle.
