This laundromat was fantastic when it first opened, now it has lowered temperature and time for a quarter. Its is now 4 mins at a lower temperature for a dryer and on top of that now has no hot water made available to wash my clothes. Not a place I am happy with any longer.

In total agreement that this laundromat is clean, with newish machines and very friendly staff BUT BUT BUT the dryers never get really hot and only give 4 minutes per 25 cents.It can take a long time to dry your clothes, took temperature readings of two machines and they were 10-15 degrees cooler than other laundromats' driers. the normal size white machines (Maytag) never really get clothes truly clean the way I know other front loaders do. These 'new" machines are on par for cleaning clothes with machines from about 25 years ago, and why wouldn't they be as Maytag hasn't changed this design in that time span. While other manufactures have moved on and get clothes clean, not here

I've been on travel for almost a month and always needing a laundromat. VICTORIA HILLS IS CLEAN, has MANY MACHINE SIZES and HONEST. You've got to try it out for yourself. Sofi has all the laundry supplies whether you're on travel or a neighbor. I only wish I found him sooner!!!

It's a very clean and welcoming environment. The owner greeted me with a smile and made himself available to help. While I waited, I watched him help people with their machines, open the door for people who had their hands full and he even went out to help a lady bring in all her laundry bags. By far, the best customer service I've ever experienced.

My new favourite laundromat! Very clean. Lots of washers and dryers. Friendly and hospitable staff. I put two large loads of towels in one dryer and expected them to still be damp after 45 minutes-they were totally dry! Regular washers are $3.00-there is an extra rinse option Large washers are $5.00 Even larger washers are available but I didn’t use them. Dryers are huge! $0.25 for five minutes I will be back for sure!

If I feel the need to get into a 10 min argument with the owner/operator because I asked for change (because the dryer wouldn't take quarters and the change machine wasn't working) I will come back!

The owner is very unprofessional and rude. He watches you and complains about how much clothes you put in the machine, even when it's a decent amount. I was literally two minutes late to pick up my laundry and when I got there, all my clothes were taken out of the dryer with all of my undergarments exposed. I told him that I would never come back to his business. My mom went there a couple weeks later and he did the same thing to her. She told him off and told him that she wouldn't be back. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have never met a more money hungry, arrogant and unprofessional owner of a business. It literally makes me sick.

I had to wash some bedding that would not fit in the regular washer and dryer. After doing a search on Google, I decided to use this laundromat. I met Linda when I walked through the door. She had a bright smile on her face and was quite welcoming. Linda immediately made sure I had all the help I needed to finish my wash properly. She is a great people person. This laundromat was clean and the machines worked well. I enjoyed my time there. Thanks to this awesome person who does her best to make the customers comfortable. I will be doing my laundry at this place when I need to wash the bigger stuff.

Went there with so much laundry and the man working there(I’m pretty sure he’s the owner) was more than accommodating and helpful. He probably was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I brought my daughter with me and she started to get very bored and he was so nice to her and even gave her crayons and paper to keep her occupied. The washers were very quick and spacious and the dryers were amazing, huge and quick. Would recommend this place to anyone that needs a laundromat. I will be back for sure!

I reached here at 7.20 and the lady working here told me 3 times she is closing at 8 pm. I said it's fine, i will be done before that. Next, i put my clothes in the machine and about to put detergent and she goes - haven't you used this machine before, i said no i am here first time. After few mins, i asked her for washroom keys to wash my hands and she shakes her head and not happy about giving me the keys. Not sure what her problem was but she was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not sure what she was upset about. Not coming here again. Not recommended ????????

I had to take all my beddings for a wash today as it wouldn't fit in my apartment laundry. Looked up on google for a laundromat and Victoria Hills had a tons of great reviews.. So I went where the crowd went. Laundromat is a new thing to me so I didn't know what to expect or needed. My first impression of the place was... "Wow, it's so clean I can probably eat in here.. Don't". The machines are huge and they come in different sizes as well depending on your needs. I was greeted by Jafari (I believe he is the owner). He was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable He explained everything I needed to know. I didn't carry enough coins on me as a newbie to all this and he helped me resolve the problem. There are many laundromats around so make sure to read reviews and maybe you will find yourself a regular!

My dryer broke down today and as a mom of 5 kids I really needed to get my laundry done ASAP. It was an extremely pleasant experience, the man working there was extremely kind and walked me through everything as I had never been to a Laundromat. One of my children even accidentally put money in a machine and the man working there was kind enough to give me back what she had put in! I was also super impressed with how clean and bright it was in there. Has a wonderful experience!

You'll get the most professional and friendliest help. I do apologize for misspelling the gentleman's name but Zafir is amazing. Also, this is the first laundromat my clothes came out clean. Very friendly guy , he helped unload all my clothes from my car with me , He asked me I would love to help you if you have any questions . I gave him $100 in the early morning he didn’t have enough but took out right the way from his machine, he asked 3 other Customers if they need help with bed sheet nad blankets to fold with them , very clean washers and dryer’s all very reasonable prices, I would recommend everyone to go to this laundromat, The washroom was open all the time clean but now he closed , I asked him but he said it’s for the safety of all consumers which make sense, if I keep my washroom open then I have to clean right after each person use it because of Covid it’s better keep it closed,

Suprisingly very open spacious, very clean, and a organized environment. No problems with finding anything. I found it very simple to use the machinery. If needed help feel free to ask the owner.
